Rockies 2138 is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath condo in an amazing location, walking distance from the ski area for most (maybe not if you are hauling skis or have kids hauling skis) and right on the free bus route. It also offers Emerald Mountain views and makes a fantastic vacation rental.

Enter the property into the beautifully and recently remodeled living area including fabulous new flooring and furniture.

Kick back and relax on the brand new, comfortable sleeper sofa (Queen Bed with a NEW memory-foam mattress), watch the large flat screen TV and warm up by the gas fireplace (which keeps the unit extremely toasty in the Winter).

There are a few options for meals, drinks, playing a game or doing a puzzle. There is a sizable desk that opens up to a full sized dining table with four chairs, plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter, as well as a large coffee table in front of the sofa. Combined with high speed wifi, this gives you a great place to work remotely.

The upgraded full kitchen off the living area features stainless appliances, granite countertops and has everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal.

Enjoy the beverage of your choice, the incredible mountain vistas and some outdoor living space on the private deck, also right off of the living area.
