Our retreat is in the perfect location, 1 minute walk to a beautiful patrolled beach. 1 minute walk to amazing cafes, restaurants, clubs, parks, kids skateboard/bike park.
Our place has a beautiful private courtyard where you can enjoy your morning breakfast under the frangapani tree.
Our place is best suited to a solo traveler, a couple or a couple with one or two young children. The unit is attached to our house on the lower level with a completely separate entrance. You may hear us from time to time as we live on top level.

Great location. Well appointed dining/lounge/kitchen. Very comfortable King bed. Bathroom a little confined. Space between toilet and sink minimal. Sun soaked courtyard a lovely place to relax. Overall very cosy stay.

Lovely host, rooms were spotlessly clean, and with a great atmosphere. So handy to the beach, to clubs and to the Umina shops. We hope to stay again!

Great accomodation

Deb was a great hostess. Lovely clean accomodation and enough space for comfort. Would definitely stay there again. Great location with Surfclub close by for afternoon drinks.

Convenient and lovely guest house, highly recommend

Debra was a great host to my family and they really enjoyed their 2 night stay. Very convenient location with moments to the beach. Beautiful guest house with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend to people to stay.

Deb is a welcoming and helpful host. Her place is perfectly located for walks along the beach, to cafes or places to dine, or for exploring further afield. This is a small place but well kept, clean and reasonably provisioned. Also good value.

This place is as close to the beach as it gets. Deborah is a lovely host and checked in regularly to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The unit itself was clean, comfortably sized and had all the necessary amenities. Would absolutely love to come back x.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s place! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Deborah was a fantastic host—she took the time to show us around, making us feel welcome, and gave great recommendations on places to visit in the area. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Private sanctuary

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it… only a few steps to the beach and a ten minute walk to the shops. We especially enjoyed the private, shaded patio. There was plenty of space for 2 of us and the host was very accommodating.

Umina best kept secret..

My stay in this beautifully decorated and very comfortable place was incredibly relaxing and so handy to EVERYTHING! The beach is just meters away, and all the shops etc also very close by. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She made sure my stay will be a memorable and happy experience.

Steps away from the beach

The apartment is incredibly clean, neat and comfortable with a wonderful King sized bed and a well set up kitchen and bathroom. On-site parking is a plus and you are located a 3 minute walk from Umina Beach. Local shops, cafes, bars are also an easy walk away and you can walk to Ettalong beach as well. Deb is a wonderful host and was incredibly welcoming with helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. I will definately be back.

For our short stay, the accommodation was a great location for the beach and easy reach of Glenworth Valley. Very clean property and met by host on arrival. Amenities adequate for our short stay.
