There was a small hiccup on the first day we arrived where the keypad ran out of battery. Within 1/2 hour of talking to the host about it the batteries were replaced and the rest of our stay was great. The house was clean and well stocked. It looked just like the photos. The kitchen was huge! Plenty of space to prep food. We would stay here again if in the area.

Exceptional place to stay in Thunder Bay! This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in - three nice sized bedrooms, kitchen is new, clean, and has everything you need. Super-comfortable memory foam mattresses and great bedding and blankets. Just an overall great place that exceeded our expectations at every turn. Thanks so much - it really made our visit so enjoyable.

The place was a comfortable size for our family of five. The location was great to easily access the highway to head out on day trips. And our kids loved the TV having access to streaming services we don't have at home.

Home away from home

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean, it was beautiful especially the kitchen and was comfortable for a family to stay. It was always quiet and you felt like you had your own private house. It is centrally located within ThunderBay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect

Clean. Lots of towels and linens. Great common space for group of 6 friends. They also had coffee and tea for morning which was so appreciated as we had just come back from a 6 day hiking trip. One washroom but was perfect with good shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Nice could be cleaner

Just found a few dirty spots. Pot not washed, knife not cleaned and a hair in the fridge.

Sorry you feel that way. You're the only guest across all platforms that has ever had an issue with cleanliness. The property undergoes a deep clean between each guest.
