This property was recently remodeled! There is new furniture, a new king bed, floor coverings, heating & cooling, radiant floor heating in the bathroom, new TV's, light fixtures and more.

There is a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy the great summer weather or watch the snow fall. The country club house which is open to the public is across the street and has public golf and great food.

You can easily access the freeway to get to the grand canyon, Williams, and other great surrounding activities.

There is also the Flagstaff Athletic Club nearby, that is very well appointed with indoor and outdoor pool, work out equipment, classes etc, open to the public for a walk in fee.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, and stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Even had laundry detergent available! The location is across the street from the golf course. Be sure to eat at their restaurant on the patio. It was very good, and a nice view overlooking the golf course. We will definitely stay again!

We certainly enjoyed our stay here. Property as described. Close to all the activities at the CCC and an easy drive to downtown Flagstaff.Big windows make it bright and comfortable. We’ll be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Comfy Country Club Townhome. The bed & pillows were so comfortable, the townhome was stocked with everything we needed for the week including paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent & cleaning supplies. Great location to restaurants, downtown & sight seeing! We would love to stay here again!

Close to downtown Flaggstaff. We stayed at this property while passing through the area from New Mexico to Utah and site seeing the Grand Canyon. Clean property off the highway. Great communication and would stay here again if back in Flaggstaff.

Not recommended for handicapped. Steps up to parking lot make loading and unloading REALLY tough. Exterior maintenance lousy. There’s a river of mud that settles at bottom of house steps. It was NEVER cleaned in the entire month. Association??Flag Vacation Prop very helpful!!

Simple check in and out. Lush sheets and pillows. All the little things like: Coffee, sugar, simplespices, laundary detergent, dish soap, shampoo, etc. was there. Easy access to highway. Thanks Bear!

Great spot

This was a great place to stay, clean, nice. Perfect location to be close to golf and friends but still a short drive to downtown or the hills.

Thanksgiving getaway

Perfect little place for us to have a small getaway. Heater did not work the first night but after that, the stay was great.

Handy base for exploring

Excellent base for exploring local area and Grand Canyon. Lots to do and places to see in easy driving distance. Well equipped kitchen and lovely wrap around deck.

Stayed in town a couple of days to get in some rest and relaxation. I’d recommend to stop browsing and choose this property if you’re staying a few days or longer in Flagstaff. The kitchen is stocked, the living room and open concept space is a good size yet cozy at the same time. The neighborhood was very quiet. I work night shift and could sleep through the day, there is a road nearby bu,t the traffic is light. I’d stay again if the opportunity arose.
