Gorgeous view, clean condo, all the amenities we could want, perfect location (to everything - beach, stores, restaurants, surf, marina), fast/easy communication with the host, easy check in and out. We will be back. Highly recommend!

Perfect Relaxing Vacation Spot

The property is very clean and perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Great restaurants nearby to enjoy eat in or take out. Fully equipped kitchen including spices, and other basics to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.

Great Views

This property is very comfortable and well stocked. The views are incredible from the balcony. The location is great as it is just a very short walk to all the restaurants and beachfront.

Punta Mita vacation

We loved the view of the ocean and the proximate to restaurants, the beach and grocery store. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Great Condo

Condo is very well appointed, well maintained, on third level, with fantastic view of ocean. Very good restaurants nearby. The village is quiet, yet centrally located.

we had a great time

we really enjoyed our stay at John's place. It's a beautifully-appointed property with a killer deck overlooking the ocean. Easy walking to shops and restaurants and a sandy beach. Very safe, with a gate and 24/7 security guard.

Great holiday stay

Our stay at the condo was just as expected. The location is ideal, the condo well appointed, the property safe, and the experience very positive. Great restaurants are steps away. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. John is a great host and very responsive and accommodating.

Outstanding Views and Location

We loved our stay, I highly recommend this property. The views were gorgeous unobstructed ocean view, the property is clean and well maintained by caring staff. The on site filtered water was amazing to have no lugging around large water bottles. Everything you would need is in the condo and a grocery in walking distance.

Great location with amazing views!

Wow, I can’t say enough about this beautiful condo! Just steps to the beach and so many amazing restaurants! Very well appointed and fully stocked with anything you’d need during stay. Comfy bedrooms and an amazing terrace, which is where we hung out during our stay. John was very prompt to reply to any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise!

Amazing views, spacious with easy access to beach and restaurants.

My husband and I came to enjoy the beach and explore neighboring towns. The bridge from the complex right to the middle of town made for easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo had a huge deck with amazing views. The condo decor was beautiful and comfy. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is well equipped .Check in and check out was easy and efficient. Communication with John was quick and easy. We had a wonderful 5 star stay!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

What an incredible spot in Punta de Mita, we miss it already. We rang in the New Year at John's place and hade the best time. The pictures do not do the view or grounds justice. Every morning we had coffee on the shaded patio and watched whales in the bay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pantry stocked, and communication clear and prompt. We will be back and hope others get to experience this special spot.

Amazing views and location!

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo! The location can’t be beat. Situated on a hill top, it offers amazing views of the town and sea! Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 3 minute walk over a pedestrian bridge. The condo is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. When we weren’t at the beach or pool, we spent all out time the very spacious terrace! We look forward to coming back! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

Good location for some but not for us.

The condo was nice and had all we needed. We appreciated that there was plenty of bottled water, coffee, and spices. The space was nice and we could see the beach that was a short walk away. I booked here to play Pickleball and unfortunately the court was not conducive for that. Most of the restaurants that were near us were expensive and the kids wanted more night life. We booked a week and stayed four nights. Then moved for the next three to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing Getaway!

We wanted to do something special for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We found this beautiful property and loved the pictures and decided to book it. When we arrived we were thrilled that it is even more beautiful in person. The furniture is gorgeous and everything is clean and beautiful with every amenity you would need. The breathtaking views from the balcony were one of our highlights every day. The restaurants are all within walking distance with delicious food and great service. Out hosts, John and Molly were absolutely wonderful, they were so accommodating and helpful with any questions we had and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend this beautiful Penthouse Condo! Denise D

Punta de Mita March 2023 (back after 4 years)

This property is outstanding and well appointed with modern appliances and every utensil/pot/dish you could ever need. Exactly as the photos state and the 3rd floor patio with the "million dollar view" of Banderas Bay over the rooftops of downtown Punta de Mita shops/restaurants is spectacular. Pool and grounds are well maintained and inviting. 24-Hour Security at the gate to the property are very friendly and you are well looked after. The 2 Bedroom / 2-Full Bath were perfect for my husband and I and our son and his girlfriend. Your beds/bedding/pillows are very comfortable and some of the best I've slept on!! Can't wait to be back and would be honored to rent your condo again, John.

Great Location in Punta Mita

We'd heard so much about the Punta Mita area, we decided to check it out. Our strategy was to locate centrally and day trip from there. We found this top floor, end unit condo right in the middle of the action. Literally only steps from the beach and excellent restaurants, it could not be better located. Short drives to Sayulita and San Francisco were just what we wanted. The condo was very nicely furnished, the internet was reliable and reasonably fast, and the a/c was quiet and effective. The large private deck with its magnificent water views made a great place for morning coffee, afternoon sun, and evening libations. In short, the condo delivered as promised. The owner was prompt with all communications, and the condo instructions were well written and easy to follow. All in all, we enjoyed a wonderful few days in this casual upscale beach town. Thank you, John, for the use of your special place.
