Very clean, and cozy. Close to downtown, very accessible. Parking was great. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; neither of us slept because of so much discomfort. The tv needs to be replaced. The sound is funky.

Hmm . . Most people love the bed - it also has a pillowtop. we met and you and your mom were very friendly. i wish you would have said something directly so that I could have helped.

Great parking spot, on a very quiet road. Very clean and close to where I wanted to be. Exactly like the picture, lots of space and everything you need provided. Lots of great restaurants close by.

The place was very clean and quiet, close to great restaurants and only 20 minutes to St. Jacob’s. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was just as described. We would warn anyone who is tall that the parts of the ceiling in this basement apartment are low enough to bump your head if you are not careful. The television didn’t work, though our host tried to get it working after we reported the problem. But really, apart from the tv and bumping my head once, it was a great place to stay.

Lots of spots to sit for different tasks throughout the apartment. Between cooking, eating, reading, watching movies and doing my nails, I enjoyed them all. Owner was also very responsive to messages. And I loved walking through the park and into the shopping district.

Amazing location

Cindy is an awesome person. The location is fantastic and the sheet of recommendations she provided are excellent as well! The property is super close to a beautiful park with the Boathouse dtk which had great beer and food. Next time I am in the kitchener area I would definitely stay with Cindy!

Cozy apartment

I was in Kitchener for work and really appreciated downtown location for walkability, good kitchen, lots of hot water, very clean and cozy. It is a basement, so you might not want to spend much daytime there, but i highly recommend
