Here are a few points to consider:

- Friday to Friday bookings from end of June through to end of August
- During the off-season, including holidays, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Please be aware that our cottage is a raised ranch, and the stairs to the top floor may be steep for some guests. Alternatively, you can utilize the stairs outside leading up to the top deck.
- Kindly note that this is a family-oriented cottage, and we exclusively rent to guests aged 25 and above.

Lovely family-friendly cottage, minutes walk from the beautiful Port Frank's Beach. Clean cottage with well-stocked kitchen and an easy-to-use BBQ. Fire pit in the back and gorgeous views from the deck. Great place to eat al fresco. Hosts were quick and responsive with communication.

Great get away

We stayed for a weekend and found the cottage to be very well equipped. It had everything we needed for 10 people. I would highly recommend it for a larger group. So much room and very comfortable.

Great Escape

Great location on the creek which attracts waterfowl. Near the shallow beach at the lake. Modern appliances in very good condition. Tons of room. Lots to do near by. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Perfect family vacation spot

My spouse and I visited with my parents and our 4 year old and had a very magical holiday. The cottage was clean, bright and had every amenity we could ever need. The location is unbeatable as it is a very short walk to the beautiful private beach and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the herons fish on the creek in front of the cottage. My son absolutely loved the sandy front yard, as well as his first ever sleepover on a bunk bed. We also cannot say enough about the hosts who were responsive and accommodating during the booking process, as well as our stay. Many treasured family memories were made here and we will be returning again soon.

We so enjoyed staying at Corey and Nicole’s. It was perfect for bringing my adult boys and their families together for cottage time. The cottage was just a few-minute walk from the sandy Lake Huron beach which was great for my granddaughters to swim in with its shallow waters. The cottage was so well stocked and kid-friendly - with lots of toys to share and a wagon. The cottage even had towel paper for the week, which was amazing, and provided the proper toilet paper for the septic system. Corey and Nicole were excellent on communication and made us feel welcome. Thanks again, you two.
