This was great rental. The owner provided very detailed instructions to navigate the check-in process. It was in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do while in the Orlando area. We would recommend staying here.

This home was a good getaway for our party of six visiting the Disney parks. Manny was responsive and helpful, the description and instructions were thorough. Proximity to the parks was good.

This was a last minute booking, and we required some assistance in the very beginning of our stay. Annie, Manny and team were so quick to respond and were extremely helpful. Couldn’t ask for better hosts/manager(s)! The place was nice and convenient. Lots of room and a great location - not far from the Disney parks, which was the focus of our stay. Thank you!

We did some souvenir shopping just down the road. We used this place to rest when we were not at Disney World. Just a few minutes from the parks.

The home over all is very nice it’s just dirty. One of our daughters dropped something that went under the bed and you can tell that under the beds has not been cleaned in a while. There were stains on some of the bed sheets, as well as a large stain on the couch. The window ceils (epically in the master bathroom) had so many dead bugs it was disgusting. There is a glob of spray foam at the bottom of the vanity downstairs that it looks like someone was too lazy to cut away to make it look better. And the WORST part of all, my 3 year old almost got her foot stuck in the shower drain bc the cover is not actually attached. (I do have pictures of all the above if needed) Other wise, the place was nice! The surrounding neighborhood was very well taken care of and quiet. The home is located close to everything! If the cleaning is done better and the shower drain fixed I would stay again!Oh and just a heads up you have to pay to get a parking pass after you pay for your stay, and it’s per car.

The place was located in a perfect spot. Able to reach everything around us easily. Home was clean and matched description. Manny was friendly and responsive to our needs. Overall it is a great home and location. We will stay again in the future.

This place was great. Super convenient to all Disney destinations. The host Manny communicated very well and was super tentative if we had any issues. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen and living room were perfect for our group size and the AC unit made it extra cozy. Would definitely plan another trip to this house in the future.
