For the money it was nice. Pool is a little smaller than what you think for a new coffee pot because the one was broke. Never got a reply. Pretty clean but could be a little better. It was mildew in the shower head to buy Clorox cleanup. Other than that, pretty nice place. He had a good chain. Thank you for your help!

Great beach house!

Great stay. House was clean and had everything we needed. Front beach house was great. Clean pool. Would stay again!

Excellent rental

Group of 10 adult ladies, clean & comfortable beds, plenty of towels which some places don’t provide. Plenty of chairs at the pool and short walk to the beach. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Fantastic Labor Day

Had a wonderful Labor Day holiday with friends in a prime location in destin. A very short walk to a stunning beach, and great location for a large group.

Perfect for Large families

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was a short walk to the beach. We loved having the guest house for the older adults to stay and have quiet time. Enough rooms for a large family. Would stay again!

Friends Trip

Property was very nice and close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed it because we have stayed in the condos next to the beach access before. The split houses on the property were cool and may be something we utilize in the future if we stay here again. Thanks for having such a nice property and the ease of staying here and booking!

We had a wonderful time. The property has multiple places to visit and plenty of bedrooms to separate multiple parties. It is an easy walk to the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Family reunion

Nice clean property. Close to the beach. Kitchen was not as spacious as pictures appear but overall very nice property.

Best time ever!

Could not have picked a better place for our family wedding. The main house was very modern and the separate guest house was perfect for our 3 guys in their 20’s. Bedroom, pool and short walk to beach. Exactly as advertised but even better. Whiole family loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation October 2023

Our large family, adult children & grandchildren stayed a week, both the main house, with the guest house accommodated our needs. Plenty of room for cooking, the pool was a huge hit & the beach right across the street! Owners never hesitated to reply to all my questions before our stay & during our stay! We really enjoyed this vacation home!! Thank you

Overall good experience

Overall the experience was great… the only thing that was inconvenient was when we arrived at check in house keeping was still there, and was there until 1 hour after check in time.

Family getaway

Great place close to beach access and town. Temperatures were a little cool in November. It would have been nice if the pool was heated when it was to cold to get in the ocean.. The main house living room is a little small for a couple families and not much for comfortable seating. Over all really nice place and great location.

Perfect beach house

Exactly what you would expect for the perfect week at the beach . Plenty of room for everyone , actually more room than we could use but that’s a plus ! Outside was huge area , we played cornhole all week and had plenty of room for that and whatever else the kids go into . Having the second home is a major plus .

Beautiful House with a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property,clean,lots of towels, well maintained, close to the beach. Everything was fantastic. We have rented this house out for the last 2 years, 15 family members have fit in it. Kids and adults alike have had a wonderful time here.

Thanksgiving & Fishing

We met with family from KC & Orlando for a family Thanksgiving & fishing! We created a lot of memories in this house! It was perfect for the occasion! We would definitely stay there again. We did have to replace the batteries in two smoke alarms as they were going off incessantly. Overall everything else was just as described & expected!

Perfection at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was perfect for our family group. Plenty of bedrooms, all spacious and beautifully decorated. Lots of stylish modern bathrooms. The pool area provided additional gathering space for family fun time. The only downside was the small dining/gathering area off the main kitchen but since the weather was great during our stay, we just moved to the pool area for this. Overall our stay here was a great experience.
