Great place, nice beach

Nice space for 6, good kitchen, big living room. Beds a little hard, but location excellent

Excellent stay at this location. The beach is very quiet and peaceful while still being close to Coco for a wide variety of restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Mark was a great host and very responsive. Thanks!

Great view, Good access to the beach and pool

Clean and equipped unit with nice large balcony with good views and the pool close.

Spring Break

Property is steppes from the beach, has clean pools, short drive to all the stores/restaurants and Mark was an amazing host (replies very fast and made our stay excellent).

Clean and efficient space. Great view from the balcony. Owner was quite helpful and responded quickly to any requests for info. Local staff was friendly and helpful

We had the best time as a family of 4 with two kids- 7 and 10! The location couldn’t have been more perfect- steps to the pool and beach made our relaxing days so easy and fun. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. Mark was incredibly responsive and sent a list of recommendations and tips before we arrived, which helped immensely with planning and understanding of the lay of the land. The location was perfect for our excursion days- it was easy to navigate to tours from here. Couldn’t be happier! We are already looking to plan our next trip here! Pura vida.

Perfect end to our trip!

Spacious and clean apartment plus amazing view, beach access and pools. Mark is a great host - very helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated that there were a couple of toys for our young children. Having laundry right outside the door was also a great feature .Playa Ocotal is a fantastic beach in a calm bay. We tried snorkeling but visibility wasn't great was the rainy season.

Easy beach access

Property was very clean, comfortable and in very good condition. Short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not overly crowded, with locals and tourists. We walked the beach to the connected rocks/land during low tide each morning. We always felt safe. Check in/out was very easy at the office. Property owner provided excellent information about excursions and the area and was very responsive to emails. Excellent location for family vacation. We did have a rental car and would recommend having one. Condo has a designated parking spot so that was easy.
