Our timeshare, in the highly-regarded Marriott Frenchman's Cove Resort, a world-famous luxury resort, is available for a 7-night stay between MAY & NOVEMBER ONLY. 1-WEEK RENTALS ONLY PER MARRIOTT REQUIREMENTS. $3,465 for the week/$495 per night. (The going rate this Marriott-owned property is much higher so this is an extraordinary deal!). 7 nights ONLY (no more no less) & FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY Check-in ONLY.

1 Master King-Size Bedroom ensuite (separate shower & tub) and 1 additional bedroom (2 Queen beds) with attached full bath. Living room couch is also a pull-out bed. Accommodates 2-8 people. Full granite-countertop kitchen with all necessities (cooking utensils and pots/pans). Washer/Dryer in room. All rooms have SPECTACULAR views! Tons to see and do on the property. Outdoor grills available in common areas. Restaurants & bars on-site. Snorkeling right off the property is our favorite activity! The spotted manta rays are incredibly beautiful. Excursions right off the pier make sightseeing simple. Boat rides into town right from warf. Tennis, movie night, dancing on the beach, karaoke, and unlimited relaxing. Rent a car or taxi to Megan's Beach, one of the top 7 most beautiful beaches in the world. Take a ferry to Water Island and experience a remote and mostly empty gorgeous Honeymoon Beach with a hip bar and deliciously fresh taco truck on site. Visit the historic downtown area, Frenchtown or Charlotte Amalie for the newest restaurant spots. The Marriott Frenchman's Cove property is one of the prime resort timeshares in the world. This is OUR 1-week timeshare which is available ONLY as specified above. This is not an income-earning property for us. We just cannot go every year and we rent out to recoup our maintenance fees & taxes. For this reason, no other inquiries will be considered. **The Frenchman's Cove may charge an additional nominal fee due to the Hurricane(s) of 2018. We will disclose this amount if it exists. It would not be payable to us but to the Frenchman's Cove upon arrival** ***Bookings are based on availability from The Frenchman's Cove website which, as owners, we have access to. We will confirm availability with them after you request your week from us and before we finalize the booking. You will receive the confirmation number the Frenchman's Cove issues and the reservation will be in your name.*** You will check in at the main desk, with your confirmation number & name (which they will also have), upon your arrival. The Frenchman's Cove may have other restrictions or requirements based on COVID-19 or other public health notices that guests would be required to adhere by.

All of the rooms on the property are the same. IMPORTANT NOTICE: *The Frenchman's Cove now charges a nominal fee per night since the devastating hurricanes of 2018. This fee is NOT paid by us, the owners (US), but rather the guests (YOU). We will let you know what the charge is when you inquire about this property. It is approximately $25 per night per villa for the USVI Government Imposed Environmental / Infrastructure Impact Fee."
