Relax in this beautiful getaway in Lake Hawea just 700m from the lake front. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely outdoor patio and plenty of parking on the gated driveway and only a 15min drive to Wanaka

Perfect setup for a family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open common area. For the chilly days there is an wood burning fireplace and also central heating which doubles as aircon in the summer.

The Space:
This is a lovely, warm property situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Lake Hawea.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite and separate entrance from patio
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with door access to patio
Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds

Guest Access:
Entire property is rented, it is not shared with anyone else

The Neighborhood:
Quiet beautiful neighbourhood just outside of Lake Hawea. Lovely views of the hills all around, short drive to the lake.

Getting Around:
Fully private driveway with a wooden gate out front. Plenty of room for parking, no need to park on the street.

Other Things to Note:
Please message ahead of time with any questions regarding pets. We allow smaller sized dogs as long as they are cleaned up afterwards. Additional cleaning / damage charges may apply

The owner keeps some personal belongings in the master ensuite wardrobe. You are welcome to use the wardrobe but please leave items on the upper shelves alone.
