Great place

The apartment was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and finding the place was really easy. Our host met with us and showed us around which I appreciated. I would book this place again.

Perfect spot in Elkhart Lake

The apartment was new and clean and located within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

Nice in town apartment

The apartment was very nice with a great location. Everything is within walking distance. It was very clean. Clyde the property owner was very informative about things to do around town.

Conveniently Cozy

The unit was cute and accommodated our group just fine with the multiple beds. It is located conveniently downtown and we walked everywhere we went which was super helpful!

Perfect Downtown Location

this apartment had plenty of sleeping room (5 individual beds), was well taken care of, clean, had AC/fans, and blackout curtains for the streetlights. Overall a great location within walking distance to everything in Elkhart Lake. Would recommend to future visitors!

My stay

Accommodations were cost appropriate. Suggest installing a kitchen fan to keep the smoke alarm from going off. Also need a baking sheet for the oven.

Hi Kevin, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- There is a Casablanca ceiling fan in the kitchen, along with fans in each bedroom and the living room. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding their availability or operation.- We acknowledge the need to address smoke ventilation more effectively. We are exploring the installation of a combination stove vent/microwave to better dissipate smoke in the future, though this may require some planning and implementation time.- To enhance the kitchen amenities, we will ensure that baking sheets are provided for both the two different ovens, ensuring they are readily available for future guests.We appreciate your valuable feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. Later that weekend we did speak with the owner and he was very apologetic. He did come over and spoke to us. We did receive our cleaning fee back. I recommended that he or the property management company be his contact number and the lady we spoke to had many excuses and unprofessional with how to handle the situation. I would still recommend this property as it was in a great location to everything and once prepared for arrival was a nice unit with lots of room and sleeping possibilities. The owner of the property was a very nice man and again apologized for what occurred and attempted to help us out.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. One thing we didn’t realize before booking was that the unit is upstairs, so that may be something future guests will want to note. The home has some quirky characteristics, but that’s to be expected with an older property and adds to its charm. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
