A wonderful property. I would stay here again. Our extended family stayed at this property for Mother’sDay weekend. The weather was beautiful, but it was a little chilly in the lake. The only problem I had was with the noisy ceiling fan in the room over the garage.

This is a lovely house in a very nice location. The rental management company is responsive if a little overbearing but extremely slow to process refunds. (They say I will get my deposit back 10-12 days from my second request for it which will be 20 days after checkout.) There were some spiders in the house and the owner’s grill (locked) has roaches or possibly a nest of roaches in it. The grill available for guests is fine though. We really enjoyed the property but on balance wouldn’t book again bc of the management.

House was large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 11. Multiple areas of the house were dirty- bathroom floors, kitchen countertops, outdoor seating areas and pool. Two outdoor appliances were locked and unavailable. The available grill worked minimally after maintenance staff cane to address but had to be lit with a lighter which is dangerous. There were at least 2 missing smoke detectors limiting the use of one bedroom. Main bedroom on 1st floor- The outside door in the main suite wouldn’t lock and we were unable to get hot water in the shower. Even though we paid the deposit for the kayak we had to call a couple of times to get the code to unlock it. There were no instructions for the cooktop- it took us a lot of time and googling to figure out how to use it. There was no broom in the house to sweep the floors. We cleaned the kitchen floors using towels until on the 3rd day someone saw a broom in the boat house with the kayak oars.

The property was the perfect size for our group of 10. So much room available and the kitchen offered everthing needed to make meals. Cleanliness was good overall but some areas needed extra attention. Loose rock going into the pool was not safe. Lots of shade on the property.
