This really is a stunning two bedroom (both en-suite) apartment set within the Waterfront at Cape Town. You can dine indoors or outdoors on the balcony which overlooks the canal. The granite surfaced kitchen has all mod-cons including washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer and iron/ironing board etc.
FREE FIBRE-OPTIC WIFI
There is both a lift and stairs, and secure parking. The apartment has TV with Sky (DSTV), WiFi, Smart TV. We use the finest bed linen and each quality bathroom has both bath and large shower.
You will have access to two small swimming pools within the complex. Direct access to the One and Only Hotel.
The Waterfront is a secure area with 24 hour Security. You are given a pass on arrival for access. Just ten minutes stroll will take you to the myriad of restaurants and shops within the V & A.
The Ultimate Experience: If you visit South Africa, Cape Town will no doubt be on your agenda. Our apartment is set in one of the most exclusive areas of Cape Town and takes away all the worry about security as you are given a pass upon arrival which takes you to the secure grounds and apartment block.
Parking is right beside the apartment in a secure area and there is always a feeling of total peace and tranquillity when you are in the apartment.
Fantastic location: We are just two minutes from both major motorways and within easy access to all the attractions of the Western Cape. The Winelands are just a thirty minute drive away, where you can visit the delights of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek.
Business or Pleasure: The apartment has free fiber optic wifi and works well for both holiday makers and business people alike.

The apartment is immaculate. It has a large living space and kitchen and two en suite bedrooms. There is a daily cleaning service which is an added bonus. The whole area feels very secure and you’re able to walk to all the V&W Waterfront attractions within a few minutes. For anyone concerned about where to stay for safety then I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s safe to walk around in the evening as well as daytime. Ubers are really easy to get if you want to get around or the hop on hop off bus stops about a 5 month walk from the apartment.

This is a condo in a huge complex, very secure, with very pretty grounds. We had a problem at check-in as reception had the wrong dates, but I called Trish and she fixed it. Fortunately, no one was using the apartment at the time. This unit is 20 minutes walk from the V & A waterfront, so not terribly convenient if you want to go to restaurants and shop, or even buy groceries, but a nice walk if you like to walk, which I do. The condo itself is very nice. Bathroom amenities are good. Nothing in the kitchen. even no salt and pepper--I had to buy everything so I could cook some meals for my husband (who cannot walk very far) and me. We enjoyed our stay as it was very comfortable and peaceful.

It is an awesome unit to stay in!! There were some problems during check in but the owner was supper responsive, and ensured there was a solution. I highly suggest staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic, the apartment was so comfortable and spacious with a beautiful outlook over the canals and great security and facilities (we enjoyed the use of the pool and gym).

The apartment was excellent. The facilities including gym and swimming pool were great. Security was very good, felt very safe. Location was perfect, just a few mins walk away from V&A waterfront.

Check-in easy and helpful desk. Very safe area, Ubers and tour pick-up knew location for easy pickups. Spacious and clean apartment perfect for two couples or families. Kitchen well stocked and washer and dryer worked great for us.

If you are looking for the perfect location for a fabulous trip to Cape Town, this is your condo! Communication with the owner was quick, and you can’t beat the location, just a very short walk to the V&A Waterfront, which is the hub of Cape Town. The home was clean and the security is top notch. We would definitely stay here again, and we are excited to let all our friends in the airline industry know about this diamond! Thank you, Trish for your hospitality.

If your rating is because VRBO phoned you to advise payment had not been received that is the fault of their system, and should not reflect on our apartment

We have booked this apartment a few times as the location is second to none and the apartment has everything you need for a luxury holiday in Cape Town..

Great location in Cape Town.
Safe and very accessible location in the heart of Cape Town. Ability to walk to waterfront and experience great food and shopping. Short drives to all major tourist sites and locations. Highly recommend you stay here for your next visit.

Best Place to stay in Cape Town
Excellent apartment. Easy walk to the V&A waterfront. Checkin process was so easy as was checkout, they will look after your luggage if you have a late flight. We’ll be back ❤️

We were so happy to stay here, the kitchen was well appointed, the apartment was clean, the check in was smooth. The complex is nothing short of spectacular, a serene oasis in the heart of an amazing city!

Waterfront
We had a great stay in this apartment. It was close to all the amenities of the waterfront, very safe to move about especially at night. The apartment had everything we needed snd would recommend anybody to stay here

Awesome Stay
The property was even better than described. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. Accommodation for power shedding worked well so still had internet. Place was very clean and had nice glassware and dishes. Would recommend and plan on using the next time we visit Cape Town.

Wow, what a clean, well equipped, ideally located appartment in a very safe area of Cape Town. Daily housekeeping included and excellent wi fi. Good support from Trish with help and advice.Thoroughly recommended.
