Positioned on the ground floor of the main cottage, beside a lush waterfront reserve and just steps from the shoreline, this light-filled retreat invites you to unwind beneath a canopy laced with solar fairy lights. Think barefoot afternoons on oversized outdoor lounges, dreamy water views, and a private jetty that practically begs you to dip your toes in.

Designed with couples in mind but perfect for a group getaway, The Hideaway is one of 3 luxe properties on-site, making it easy to gather with friends or family while still enjoying your own slice of serenity. With breathtaking water views from the open plan zone, alfresco setting, and bedroom, it’s more than a stay, it’s the definition of weekend getaway.

As one of the original homes on the Bonnells Peninsula, this property comes with a few quirks. The bathroom is up two steps from the living area, with a maximum ceiling height of 205cm, and 195cm in the shower. Guests over 6 feet tall may want to take this into consideration when booking.

This is a strictly NO-Smoking property.
No pets are permitted in order to protect the Black Swans and Pelicans, and other wildlife around the lake.

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.

No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.

Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
