Arvoisa vieras,

Asuntohuoneistoltamme on upeat näkymät rannalle, merelle ja uima-altaalle. (Sijaitsee rakennuksessa 2 / 2. kerros). Se on suljettu sijainti kaukana jalkaliikenteestä yksityisillä terasseilla.
Residencias Reef Condominium Resortia pidetään yhtenä mukavimmista ominaisuuksista Cozumelissa, jolla on pisin luonnollinen hiekkaranta (google Residencias Reef Cozumel). Sijaitsee 14 mailia etelään Cozumelin kansainväliseltä lentokentältä.

Tämä on henkilökohtainen lomakotini, ei yritys. Olemme iloisia voidessamme tarjota sen kunnioittavien / kohtelias vieraiden (6 max) saataville. Meillä on ollut satoja upeita vieraita viimeisen vuosikymmenen aikana (monet ovat toistuvia vuosittain)!

•pullovesi; ylelliset vuodevaatteet, rantapyyhkeet, hiustenkuivaajat, baarisaippua, wc-paperi, kudokset, lautasliinat, 1 rulla paperipyyhkeitä.
• 2 lämmitettyä uima-allasta WC: llä; huuhtele suihku.
• Yksityinen / hiljainen ranta-50 lepotuoleja (joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia siitä, onko sellainen saatavana, kuten useimmissa kiinteistöissä ja hotelleissa).)
   • 24 tunnin portiturva (tunnetaan turvallisena kokonaisuutena). Olen omistanut täällä 14 vuotta).
• Siivouspalvelu (Elena on ollut vieraani palvelussa jo vuosia)
• Pullotettu vesi (5 litran annostelija keittiössä).
• Lyhyt 100 jaardin kävelymatka rannalla 5 eri rantakerhoon
• Rannalla oleva laituri on saatavana haluamallesi sukellusveneelle.
(Meillä ei ole kuntosalia tai tenniskenttiä)
• Vesiurheilu rannalla - snorklausta; Sukellus; Vesiskootterit; Kalastus.
* Snorklaus pois rannalta. Sisäänkäynti merelle sisältää kallioista korallia, joka parantaa snorklausta. Se on matala ja ui hitaasti. Mutta paras snorklausta on veneen ottaminen offshore-riuttoihin.

Advisory:
1. Pyrimme tarjoamaan erittäin puhtaan kodin ja upean kokemuksen vieraillemme. Jokaisen vieraan saapumiseen valmistautumisen häiriöiden riskin vähentämiseksi vaadimme puhtaita / kuivia vaatteita istuessamme sisäkalusteillamme ja tupakoimattomia.
2. Teemme parhaamme ylläpitääksesi huoneistoa. Kuten missä tahansa kodissa, häiriöitä voi tapahtua, kuten laite, ilmastointilaite, wifi, sähkö jne.
Emme ole hotelli, jossa voimme vaihtaa huoneesi.

Vuokra-autot: Tee haku verkkosivustolta, kuten Travelocity, vertaillaksesi hintoja. Valitsen henkilökohtaisesti täyden vakuutusturvan (törmäys ja vastuu) ilman omavastuuta, joka maksaa noin. $ 35 / day.

-Kortissamme: TAXI-henkilöt odottavat turvaportin ulkopuolella Secretsissä ja viereisessä Sunscape-hotellissa.

CONDO-SIJAINTI: 2. kerros (3 kerroksesta) rakennuksessa # 2 - 35 jaardia uima-altaalle ja rannalle. Leveät, helposti portaille nousevat portaat (EI hissiä) - turvahenkilöstö auttaa mielellään matkalaukkusi kanssa (kallistakaa niitä).

RESIDENCIAS REEF ovat yksityisomistuksessa olevia osakehuoneistoja, jotka sijaitsevat Paradise Beachillä, joka on yksi Cozumelin suurimmista luonnon rannoista (10 mailia kaupungin keskustasta etelään / 6 km Chankanaab Parkiin). Trooppinen maisemoitu omaisuus eikä tiheä korkea kerrostalo omaisuutta. Hiljainen, mutta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä useista rantakerhoista, joissa on ravintoloita ja mukavuuksia lapsille, avoinna klo 17 asti.
Asuntoyhdistys hallitsee meitä ja kaikkien vieraiden on noudatettava sääntöjä.

* PÄÄKIRJA / VIESTI - Victor ja Elena ovat olleet kanssani monta vuotta ja ovat paikallisia vierasisällöjäsi. Victor tervehtii sinua lentokentällä avaimilla, mutta paikallisen ammattiyhtiön laki kieltää häntä kuljettamasta sinua tai matkalaukkuja. Käytät joko lentokenttä Van -palvelua tai vuokraat auton.
Hän huolehtii siitä, että Elena siivotaan milloin haluat, ja hän voi järjestää kaiken toiminnan ja tarpeesi, joita sinulla voi olla.

RUOKA
1. Valtava ruokakauppa nimeltään "Mega" on kaupungissa-7 mailin päässä asunnosta. Löydät suurimman osan samoista tuotteista / tuotemerkeistä kuin Yhdysvalloissa samoilla hinnoilla ja täydellisellä viina-, olut- / viiniosastolla.
2. 5 rantakerhoa 100 metriä etelään. He tarjoavat lounasta ja välipaloja (Carlos & Charlies; Paradise Beach -kerho; San Francisco Club).

3. Valtava valikoima upeita ravintoloita kaupungissa (ohjaamo tai vuokra-auto)

                             MAKUUHUONEET
Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi; Taulu-tv; Pukeutuja, 2 kaapia; yöpöydät ja tuoli. Terassilta on näkymät rannalle ja uima-altaalle.
2 vierashuoneessa on kylpyhuone, jossa iso suihkukaappi. Kampaajat, yöpöydät ja paljon vaatekaappi- ja kaappitilaa sängyssä ja kylpyammeissa.

Asuinalue
Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa, kaksi suurta ylellisyyttä rottinkipehmustetuolia, cocktailpöytä neljällä pyöränjakkaralla; 42 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa langaton stereoäänipalkki; bluray DVD-soitin ja CD-stereot isossa viihdekaapissa.
Keittiö / ruokailutila
Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Graniitti työtasot / mahonki kaapit. Tiskillä on 4 komea mahonki-muotoinen jakkara ja ruokapöydässä on 6 merirohutuolia.

TERASSI
Terassilla on pyöreä 42 '-pöytä, jossa 6 tuolia, lepotuoleja ja sähköinen GRILL.

Wow! We had a great time....

Wow! We had a great time. We have stayed at many resorts all over the world, but there was great freedom and solitude at Residencia's Reef. Many times we were alone at the pool or the beach. We rented a jeep and just went when we felt like it. Mark and his family are awesome to work with. Victor, with the property management company, was awesome and really took care of us. If you can do it, rent this place, you wont be sorry!!!

Very relaxing and quiet location

We had a great time in the condo. The pool area was well kept and all the staff there were very pleasent. The Condo was really spacious and open all the rooms and beds were great it was hard to find many condo that would have bigger beds for three rooms. A rental car really is a must because of the distance from town and shopping stores we rented from Isis and it was very reasonable even with insurance added. The only improvements we would suggest would be to have a washer and dryer to use we had some of the family that did not bring a lot of clothes because they thought we had a washer and dryer available, and and updating the TV in the living room with a larger flat screen and maybe a couple in the bedrooms would be nice. These are minor suggestions and don't get me wrong we loved the condo and had a super vacation. We would definatly use this condo again.

Mark, The trip was gr...

Mark, The trip was great!! The condo and the entire property were extremely nice. All of the furniture was nice, and the condo was big. It exceeded all of our expectations. We have stayed in several resort style hotels in Mexico and this was far better, especially since it was a family trip.. It was nice to have groceries in the condo for snacks and meals, but to also have restaurants right down the beach. We went diving several days, and it was very convenient to get on the boat right at the pier and not to have a long boat ride from town. Both pools and the beach were also very nice. There were only a few other people there since this is an off week, so we would have the pool to ourselves all day. Victor was extremely helpful and nice. We rented a car, and he took all of our luggage in his car from and to the airport. We were all very impressed with him. This is my third time to Cozumel, and I really enjoy the island. It is very different from Cancun and other Mexico resort towns. One recommendation I have to anybody visiting is to go to Coconuts on the other side of the island for lunch. It was good food and view. We look forward to going back (hopefully next year) and staying in the condo again. If you ever need to use me as a reference, please pass my contact information on to any potential clients. I will definitely be recommending the condo to family and friends. Regards, Josh

Great property in a great location -- nice sandy beach, easy access to dive sites, great pool. The condo was very large and well-stocked. The owner was great to work with. I cannot think of anything negative about the experience.

Nice, clean, spacious, well-maintained unit at beachfront condominium, without dock but with convenient access to dock at adjacent property for dive boat pickup. The accommodations met/exceeded expectation based on representations in listing. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely choose to stay there again.

10 Days in Paradise....!!!!!

I was a little nervous about booking this property because I wasn’t 100% sure of the exact location, but I went ahead and booked it anyway... Once I booked the property the owner immediately provided me with information about the condo itself and tons of additional information as well. The photos on the website do not do this place justice, all the bedrooms were extremely large along with the living room, dining room & Kitchen. We had a total of 5 people and we had way more than enough room to stay out of each other’s way .... lol. The condo is nicely appointed, the beds were extremely comfortably. There are A/C units in each room and it takes less than a few minutes to cool the room off. The linens and towels were great (Not to thin or cheap... lol) Now onto the folks working at the property... we had Elena clean the condo every other day and she also cooked authentic Mexican dishes (Farley inexpensive) the actual cost of each meal was around 20/25 bucks... not bad for 5 people and the food always tasted wonderful. Also Victor was a great help, he setup anything we needed from couples massages to bringing more water when needed etc... We also booked a boat excursion (5 hr private boat) and was able to leave from the dock located next door. I definitely look forward to going back to Cozumel next year and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.. With regards to the property itself, you have a beautiful view from either balcony and the grounds are kept immaculate, the beach area in-front of the property was awesome. To the owner Mark, you made our stay extremely enjoyable with your timely emails telling us of places and things to do and answering any questions as they came up. It was a pleasure my friend....!!!!!!

Fantastic - as always!!

I have now seen several condo's at Residencias Reef and Marks is by FAR the best. All bedrooms are comfortable and airy with great airconditioning which we never use - just leave the windows open for a great breeze. Our family loves sitting out on the large deck and when we've had enough of the kids its great to read quietly on the deck off of the master bedroom. We had friends for dinner on this trip and Mark thoughtfully provides extra folding chairs for the patio table to comfortably seat our group. Elena and Victor do a great job of making us feel at home and are very helpful. The condo itself is spotless - except for things like spices and coffee filters that make our stay even easier. The property itself is wonderful. Great pools with just enough guests to make it fun! The beach is gorgeous and we love the scuba access off of the pier next door. This was at least our 5th or 6th trip to Mark's condo - I wouldn't stay anywhere else!! We'll be back soon!!!!

Great place

We stayed almost 2 weeks at condo 6230, Residencias Reef. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo is very nice with new furniture and good beds. The kitchen has most everything you need. There are 2 decks, one off the master bedroom, and one off the living room. The view is amazing. We cooked breakfast each day in the condo, and ate out for all other meals. Our favorite place to eat was a little taco stand just North of the condo. It’s called Dona Chely. They make the best tacos ever! We also liked Alberto’s, which is on the beach and you don’t have to drive to town. For burgers we liked Kelley’s Sports Bar downtown. Had fun golfing at the Cozumel Country Club, went deep sea fishing with the boat La Marley (caught 2 Mahi Mahi), parasailed, swam, and sat on the beach. Victor arranged for the fishing boat to pick us up at the Secrets Pier. And a restaurant downtown called La Cocina Caribe cooked up our fish! We arranged for Elena to clean the condo every other day. It was nice to have the same trusting person to provide that service. There is about 10 yards of rocky coral at the shore of the beach, but out farther is great for swimming. So be sure to bring your water shoes. Overall, we loved it and would come back in a heart beat.

Fabulous Location and Host!

The condo was in the perfect location for our family - private and quiet, but close enough to the "action" that we didn't feel isolated. Mark is an incredible host - very responsive and helpful, before, during and after our stay. We loved the beach and the location. The diving was incredible - clear, warm water with 100% visibility! Salty Endeavors picked us up at the Secrets dock, which is just steps from the condo. We bought food at several different local stores - the Sam's Club actually had the best produce and some familiar products but still local, authentic Cozumel products. We also ate out plenty - really loved Chalingos where we ate in the owners' living room! So cool to experience authentic Mayan/Cozumel food, which was delicious and cheap! We also loved Kinta. It was a great trip. I hope we can go back! Thanks, Mark!

Perfect for family or group

Our family of 6 stayed for a week in late August. It had very spacious 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and nice balconies. Our dive boat picked us up on the pier which is a short walking distance from condo; it seemed to be a well known pier to get picked up for various boat activities. We enjoyed the 2 pools which we had it to ourselves most of the time, snorkeling right in front of the condo and beach clubs nearby for activities. You need a car to get to town for restaurants and groceries. Mark was responsive with questions, and Victor was very helpful at the property.

Very nice. The owner is excellent.

Large 3 bedrooms and living area. Short walk to the beach. Mark the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Victor the concierge was also very helpful, good man. And the maid kept everything clean. This place is better than the pictures and description.

Great location, great condo, great owner & management!

This condo is fantastic. It is a great location with an nice, private beach and a pier next door. Located approx. 12-14 kilometers South of town so away from all the cruise ship mess, but still close enough to go into town for dinner and shopping. The complex is well maintained with two pools and lush gardens. The condo itself is well equipped with everything you could want for your stay. The owner/management provides maid service and Elena does a wonderful job! This is my second time staying at Residencias Reef and am already planning a return trip as my family and I absolutely love Cozumel. NOTE: make sure you rent a car as you can experience much more of the island this way. Driving in Cozumel is no different than driving in the city in the US (one-way streets, limited parking, motorcycles). I love driving in other countries--it is part of the adventure.

Loved our condo very peaceful and relaxing. Nobody bothering you go at your own pace. Learned for next time car rental is a must since groceries and shopping are a bit of a drive. Would recommend for couples or families.

Residencias Reef Lives Up to Expectations and More

Found great deal on flights and booked the whole family for a Christmas vacation. Discovered Mark's condo on Homeaway and the whole experience was top notch. Regular and timely communication with the owner and the transaction went like clockwork. We needed an extra bed, so Mark paid for an inflatable bed that we bought with us and left it in the condo. Condo was as advertised, complete with appliances, and everything you'd expect in a modern kitchen. Fridge is large and freezer makes plenty of ice fast for drinks. Beds comfortable, plenty of furniture for 6 people. Plenty of beach towels in the condo ( which was a plus). Victor, the concierge is available upon request and helpful but not intrusive...speaks English and is accessible by phone or email. Elena (housekeeper) comes when you need her to and looks after the condo, takes out trash, changes linens and towels etc. She is great. Condo has great wifi, Cable TV and Vonage phone....not that we used much except the wifi. Parking available for rental is convenient, and guys on the gate very helpful... The property is VERY well maintained. Pools are clean, heated to about 85F and pretty quiet. Loungers in good condition. Beach is groomed everyday. Bring water shoes if you don't like having to pick your way across smooth coral... it didn't bother me , but my 80 year old mom was reluctant. Snorkelling is ok - mostly grass beds - a few coral heads as you head over to the Secrets dock. Plenty of fish though ( trumpet, angel, scorpion, tangs, parrot, and yes barracuda) Watch out for loco jet skiers from the beach clubs - just stay within the buoys and be alert. Dive operators will pick you up on the Secrets dock next door...no charge and very convenient. All in all a great experience from beginning to end... would highly recommend and would return again. Both for the property and the condo.

Ocean paradise!

Such a great place for our dive vacation! Clean and comfortable, with a view of the ocean, and the dive pier within walking distance for our morning dives. We were picked up and dropped off at the pier. Residencias Reef is in a quiet, safe location. There was no scrambling for a lounge chair--plenty to be had at all times of the day, either at the pools or beach. We rented a van for the week for our family of 6 and enjoyed exploring the island. The condo had everything we needed, and Elena did a good job of keeping things clean. We loved that there were plenty of beach towels available. Nice balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Mark provided lots of information; great tips on restaurants, and he answered lots of questions. Several beach clubs to the south for a snack or lunch. One of our all-time favorite vacations!

Great Condo - Want for nothing

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for a week and had a great time! The 3 bedroom condo was a perfect choice for us and it has everything you need. The kids had the sound bar hooked up for the music within minutes of entering the place and it was fantastic family time in the evenings in the condo. Definitely preferred all of us in the same room at the condo during the evenings as opposed to different resort hotel rooms. We enjoyed our time down at the great beach as well as down at the pools. The overall facilities of Residencias Reef is well up kept and it is so nice not fighting for chairs everyday. Mark responded to inquiries and requests before and during our stays very quickly. Victor met us at the airport and stopped by to check on us multiple times during our stay and was able to help out where needed. He also responded quickly to any questions we had via texts. Elena had a smile on her face every time we saw her and the kids had some fun learning a little Spanish from her and they taught her a little English. Great Place! Great Location!

Perfect Accommodations for a Family Vacation

We stayed a week - needed 3 bedrooms for 3 couples. This condo fit the bill perfectly. It's away from the busy downtown and cruise ship terminals, quiet without feeling secluded. We rented a car (recommended) and it was an easy 15 minute drive to the two food stores in town. The pools and beach at the condo were perfect. Mark always responded to my emails while down there very quickly. Everything that required instructions labeled correctly and a comprehensive guidebook prepared for all things Cozumel. There are books to read, games to play, movies to watch. Victor was great - gave us good suggestions, answered all our questions, always had a smile on his face and every outing he arranged for us was perfect. I left my coat on the plane when we arrived in Cozumel and thought I would never see it again. Victor knows the head of security at the airport and found my coat!!! Seems Victor knows everyone. We had a meal prepared for us by Esparanza and was amazing. We were hoping our flights would be cancelled so we can stay longer. We always felt safe no matter the hour. We highly recommend staying here!!! We did eat at Paradise Beach which is a 3 minute walk from the condo - would not recommend it, the Money Bar is a fun place to go to watch the sunset.....You can go snorkeling right off the dock shown in the pictures here....and see some neat fish. Enjoy your stay - it will be hard not to!!!

Very comfortable, quiet, and high quality condo.

This condo complex is extremely beautiful, and the exterior landscaping and pools are well maintained. This particular condo is comfortable and exactly as described. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay as we felt safe, as though it was our home for the week! Victor checked on us every day and provided the perfect suggestions when we asked about places to eat, cruise ship schedules, busyness of island traffic, directions, authentic and local eateries, and activities. Elena maintained the condo daily and did a marvelous job making us feel welcomed. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. We rented a car for the week and we highly recommend that those staying at Residencias Reef do this as well. We enjoyed the independence that a car provided when considering food, activities, and grocery shopping. We highly recommend Mark as he was helpful in answering questions prior to our trip and provided information for options to get from the airport to the condo. He was also available during our stay, had we needed to ask any questions. The beach is very quiet compared to the beach clubs further down the beach. This was a nice feature since we could walk a short distance to be around beachside food, drink and people if we wished, or we could stay on our own beach and enjoy the quietness. The ocean in front of the condos does have a reef, so we took our Keens and thoroughly enjoyed the ocean at all times of day. We did our grocery shopping in town at Mega, and the condo had plentiful supplies to do our own cooking. Paradise Beach club has great food under a solid thatched structure. We ate at Ocean VIP club also, but it was more like eating under a tent. Do be aware that both of these beach clubs give you the bill with a tip already added into the total. Other restaurants on the island did not do this and we prefer to tip according to service. We enjoyed eating at Mr. Sanchos and El Coctelito also. We also picked up some pizza from Pizza Hut one evening because we missed our American food a bit. We would recommend the parasailing and jet skiing at the nearby Ocean VIP beach club. The guys there do a great job with both. Cozumel FlyBoarding, in town was so much fun for our son. We also went to see the San Gervasio Mayan ruins and took the guided tour. We enjoyed the guide's sense of humor and her dog Maya. Thank you so much, Mark! We had a great time at your condo. It was perfect.

The staff are friendly; Cozumel has a variety of activities and excellent restaurants, yet less expensive than Cancun area, the eastern Caribbean and Hawaii; the water color and temperature are spectacular; Cozumel is never crowded (except by the cruise ship terminals); it's fun to be in a different culture and practice Spanish.
(Cozumel is a quiet island and not really for those seeking lots of people for a party nightlife).
