Oceanfront contemporary yksityinen ranta on upeat nÀkymÀt unionin River Bay ja vuorille Acadia National Park. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa olohuone mahdollistavat upeat merelle ja luonnon nÀkymÀt. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja sauna sijaitsevat ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa ja kaksi makuuhuonetta ja sauna toisessa kerroksessa. This house is Beautiful, we had a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone! We got in late at night, so the owner met us there the next morning and showed us around. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need and more. Looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful

Perfect for multi-gen family like ours. 2 bdrms and rec area on each of 3 floors. Kitchen elaborately outfitted with every tool and appliance you can think of. Many sightings of forest and ocean wildlife took our breath away, as well as a stellar view and restful quiet. Michael, the property manager, responded promptly to any need, and welcomed us with a tour. All in all, a perfect holiday home.

Beautiful place! Perfect spot!

My family loved the house. It was in a beautiful spot on calm water. Michael provided an excellent check-in and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was gorgeous and we loved the kayaks and paddleboard and appreciated having many sizes of lifevest available for adults and kids. The view of the night sky from the hot tub was remarkable. The house is clean and well appointed and as advertised. We loved it!

In our 5 years of vacationing on the Maine coast, this home, this location, this attention to detail has far surpassed any other stays we have had from Blue Hill to Castine. The home was immaculate - white glove clean. The owner met us and was most helpful, giving us a walkthrough of the home. There was no lack of kitchen items for preparing meals from the fanciest to the simplest, no lack of linens, comfy beds, views of the bay etc etc etc. no lack anywhere - overall a place you would be proud to call home even if it is just for a weeks stay. Our Stay in Surry

The home was a wonderful place for us to bring together the families. We were able to separate the age groups since our younger family members liked staying up late. The hot tub got used just about every night. The house wasn't too far from Bar Harbor, but that was okay. The travel was not that bad. The best part about the location was the ability to see the stars at night. It was so clear that we could see satellites with our own eyes. I've never been to a place where that was possible.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

WOW, BEST EVER!!!

By far the cleanest, most beautiful, best vacation home we've ever used. Everything we needed other than food was there. Plenty of seating inside and out. Peaceful, private location. Our group enjoyed using the canoes, kayaks, bicycles, basketball and goal, stereo system, fire pit, hot tub, exercise equipment, pool table, and gathering around the dining table to play games at night. Enjoyed watching the deer and duck families late in the afternoons. Michael was very responsive to any questions and was there to greet the first of our family group to arrive and show them around. He & the leader of his cleaning crew were also there when we were leaving, asking what he could do to make the place better. We all had a wonderful time enjoying our first trip to Maine.

Perfect family trip

Our family loved this house! Great space for adults and children. Lots of outdoor space for kids to run around

Great stay with family

The listing is very accurate and the house served our needs well. The property is great and even better than the pictures. The only downside was the lack of central AC (AC in the the upper bedrooms was great) for a few days when we had high heat and humidity.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The view and large lawn leading to the water were spectacular! The indoor and outdoor areas were spacious; with plenty of games and recreational gear. Michael was very helpful and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this amazing home.

Incredible Property

This place has everything you could possibly need, way more than any other vacation rental I've stayed in. And if it doesn't have it, Mike is there to get it for you. The pictures don't do the property justice, it truly is a beautiful location. Mike goes above and beyond making sure everything is perfect and taken care of with incredible attention to detail. Our entire group was very impressed! Highly recommend for a group trip as there is PLENTY of space.

Perfect spot to relax!

This was the prefect spot for our family and friends to relax and connect. Waking up to the water, running in the grass, and relaxing by the fire at night, made our time at the house enjoyable. About an hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia, which required planning with the kids, but was well worth it.

10 Days in Maine Paradise

This was the perfect place for our 10 family members for a 10 day vacation and two anniversary celebrations. The house is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It was even better than the photos. The grounds are amazing and so relaxing by the water. The owner includes many amenities including kayaks, bikes, life jackets, yard games, fire pit, and more. The hot tub is drained and cleaned before arrival of each customer. This is an absolutely wonderful place for a family with kids. Michael and Jill are great hosts and very responsive if needed.

Amazing Family Vacation

Everything you could want for a family vacation! Private beach for exploring and treasure hunting, lawn space for games, hot tub and star gazing at night, fire pit and smores, plenty of room in the well appointed and comfortable home to enjoy gatherings and game night or cozy up and relax while enjoying the spectacular view! We go to Maine every year and this property was fabulous! Beautiful location and grounds. And with Perry’s lobster pound a mile away-we never had to worry about where to eat. Drinking wine and watching the sailboats in front gave all of us a much needed respite. Mike the property manager was the best in explaining the home.

Perfect Family Vacation spot

We rented this home for a week get together with our adult kids and toddler grand kids (9 total). The place was absolutely ideal for us. The private beach and beautiful lawn were great for the kids to play in. The hot tub was pristine and we used it every day. The house was immaculately clean and is the best equipped rental we've ever had. Our whole family agreed that we should come back next year!

Relaxing!

Michael is a wonderful host. During the in person check in he answered questions on local attractions and favorite eating places. He even left his personal cell if we had any more questions. The view from the house could not be more tranquil. The water was calm for kayaking and paddle boarding. Surry is small community close to all Maine’s attractions. For us it was the perfect combo of quiet relaxation and quick drive to hiking and the convenience of town. We highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed

The prior reviews speak for themselves. Beautiful, spacious home, extremely functional AND extremely comfortable, and as well stocked with everything you could dream of for a vacation in this area. THe location is a dream with a beautiful beach with great entry into the water and a gigantic yard - just look at the pictures. Family Celebration of 70, 50, & 40

It was more than we hoped for! We had teenagers who stayed on the bottom floor with their own kitchen. Room on the main floor for the parents and the younger kids. Everywhere you looked there was a beautiful view. Plenty of space for everyone to be alone or to gather together for family fun! This home was spotless and well stocked. Waterfront Paradise

This property was spectacular! The waterfront view and beach access was such a luxury - our three families with kids ranging from 3 to 11 absolutely loved running out to the water every day and exploring the tide pools, skipping rocks, beach combing for treasures and getting out on the water. The owner Michael clearly cares deeply about providing the utmost experience with his gorgeous home, along with incredibly (and surprisingly!) high quality amenities both inside and outside the house. Outside perks included kayaks, canoe, paddle board, super clean hot tub, a great grill (also cleaned!), four adult bikes with high quality helmets, lawn games, and a great fire pit (with fresh, dry wood)! Inside the spacious home, we found high quality kitchen appliances including blenders, hand mixers, a waffle maker
 and plenty of great knives, plates, glassware and flatware. We made great use of everything and dined indoors and outdoors all throughout the day. The open ground floor had plenty of hangout space, upstairs had a pool table and downstairs even had workout equipment! Each family got their own floor, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom, making it really easy to share the entire home. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous with hummingbirds and butterflies, and the immaculately organized garage inspired us all! Stargazing at night was truly amazing! This property has raised the bar for all other future rentals. We would love to come back again! Thank you!

A great family vacation house
