Beachfront Beauty kaikilla moderneilla mukavuuksilla! Näkymä sinisestä merenneitosta uusittiin vuonna 2017, ja sillä on moderni Miamin tunnelma.
Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat oleskelutilassa antavat sinulle tunteen, että olet ulkona, jopa talossa. Tunnet ehdottomasti olevan rento tässä trooppisessa paratiisissa!

Jotkut talon tärkeimmistä piirteistä ovat seuraavat:

1. Upea parveke / kansi pois keittiöltä ulkona / osittain katettu tila, jossa oli 6 paikkaa ulkokäyttöön.

2. Alakerran pohjakerroksen viihdyttävä alue, jossa on valtava baari ja mahtuu 15 henkeä yhdellä mukautetulla baarilla / pöydällä ja grillausalueella, jotta koko perhe voi nauttia illallista yhdessä pienessä jääkaapissa alakerrassa autotallissa. Riippumatot lepoon ja rentoutumiseen BBQ-alueella hiekalla kastamaan varpaasi hiekkaan.

3. Suuri makuuhuone (king-vuode), työpöydällä ja kylpyhuoneella. Master kylpy on poreallas ja suihku.

4. vierashuone, jossa 2 queen-vuodetta ja yhteinen eteinen kylpyhuone.

5. Vierashuone # 2 queen-size-vuode ja yöpöytä

6. Alakerrassa kerrossängyt (yksi täysi ja kolme kaksoset) pesukoneella ja kuivausrummalla sekä erillisellä AC-järjestelmällä viileiksi yöksi rannasta nauttimisen jälkeen.

7. Autotalli ja rantaleluja nauttiaksesi vierailustasi. Tuolit, jäähdytin, hiekkalelujen kaivaminen, jalkapallo, leija jne. Kiitos kaikille matkustajille, jotka lisäävät leluvalikoimaansa!

8. Avoin konsepti-olohuoneen keittiötila holvikattoilla antaa sinulle tunteen, että olet ulkona, kun kokit tai katsot televisiota 55-tuumaisella HDTV: llä, jossa on kaiuttimet. Kaiuttimet voidaan kuljettaa ulkona Bluetooth-yhteyden saamiseksi. Viini jääkaappi keittiössä oleville juomille ja kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit odottaa rantakauneudelta!

Great location for Easter Weekend fun!

This property was great and super accommodating for our big family group! With super great proximity to Sea Isle beach, tons of beds, and a house with a great layout, it’s a super ideal spot for a beach weekend. The owner was very responsive, super understanding, and a pleasure to work with. All in all, this property is a great value and a perfect place to call home for a few days!

Family time

Great views right off the beach. Great place to relax with family and friends. The Place needs a little TLC and new patio furniture but for the price and the location overall it was a great home. My family and sons friends really enjoyed our weekend and will differently be going back in a few months or so.

Will not stay again

The house was very nice at one time. View is great. It needs some TLC, which we could overlook, except for the palmetto bugs, ants, and other bugs that were everywhere. The master bathroom shower does not work (owner aware but goes unfixed). Dishwasher does not close as it was installed wrong with the countertop. Ice machine makes 6 ice cubes an hour and cannot keep up with a family of 4. The fridge door doesnt stay shut and constantly beeps. 2nd shower is super tiny. Maintenance guy came inside (unknown to us) while we were sleeping without any communication before hand. He spent several hours coming and going. There are no recent reviews in VRBO. Pretty sure they aren't posting any recent reviews. Check in was super easy. Stay somewhere else.

Beach get away

The host was great about messaging me back but we had a lot of issues. The downstairs bunk area smelt like straight mold and the washroom doors had mold that had been painted over. Mold in the window and there was a leak by the door that soaked the floor. Two of the tvs did not work, we had to go buy a fire stick in order to watch tv. There was a Smirnoff left under one of the beds with a straw in it and we had two toddlers. The walls had stains all over them. The latch to the outside gate didn’t work, again we had toddlers with us. Mold in kitchen cabinet. Leak in the double bedroom that was dripping on my kids suit case. Shower handle was broken. Ants all through out the place and the ac filter looks like it hadn’t been changed in 6 months.

Great location and great view.

location is right at the sand of the ocean! Great location and great view. The house needs attention is spots. The microwave is rusted and peeling and scarey to use. half the mini blinds did not operate to open. knob missing on 1 cooktop burner. cable missing to the cable tv box. Lots of dust on light fixtures and plant shelf nic nacs. Rust on outside and inside fixtures. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom has no windows. AC works well. Downstairs are two bunkbeds,(4 beds) great for the kiddos - but smelt like a cat/catbox. All that aside, GREAT view. Great location. Path to the sand and beach! Price ~ You are paying for view and location.

Disappointed!

The property needs major attention. At check in we discovered ants in the kitchen. We sprayed, but ants were a constant problem in the kitchen. There were 12 in our group and on the first night we had 4 that were going to sleep in the bunk room only to discover one of the top bunks had a trail of ants also. The four individuals ended up having to sleep in the living room for the entire 4 night stay. I informed the owner of the situation when I arrived and also informed him late that night once we discovered the problem in the bunk room. No response from the owner on either messages I sent him. I even included a picture of the ants in the bed. The following morning we discovered that the shower in the main bathroom had a break in the floor. Upon inspecting, we found that the water leaks directly into the garage below. That's how big the break is in the floor. For the entire stay everyone had to use the shower in the master bedroom. The railing on the top porch also needs repairing. One side has completely come apart from the house. It's an accident waiting to happen with this railing and shower floor. The AC in the house also doesn't cool well. During the day, the inside temp remained around 80 degrees no matter what the temperature was set at. We made memories at the beach and the location was perfect, but for the price we spent on this property, it should have been in better condition.

Worst Rental Experience of our Lives

Property was not as listed on VRBO. The smoke alarms were all in the drawer with no batteries. The skillets had cooked food in them in the cabinets. Other pans were rusty. Very minimal cooking utensils. Drawers had food crumbles in them. The microwave had peeling paint and metal inside which made it look horrible, however I believe it worked. There were electrical outlets with no covers, just waiting for a child to put their finger inside! The downstairs room appears to be separate but is in fact completely connected by stairs with no railing to prevent someone from falling over the edge of the stairs. There was mold on the air vents and someone had vacuumed up pet products and left them in the vacuum in the master closet. This made the whole room smell like dirty dog. I had to clean rental units before when we got to our destination, but this was awful. Upon contacting the owner the first time he offered no solution. After contacting Vrbo about the issue, he called desperate to come and fix everything. We had 4 days to enjoy our trip and I feel these things should have been fixed prior to our arrival. We we informed him we were leaving he became irate and disrespectful even after informing him that we didn’t appreciate his tone. I am sorely disappointed that Vrbo would allow an owner to speak to a paying customer this way and also for letting him falsely represent his property. The view is absolutely beautiful, wish we could have enjoyed it.

Great Location Poor Upkeep

The property was right on the beach as the description said. Great location! Contact with owner is terrible. Left messages on VRBO and either took days for him to respond or never responded at all. Had not received access information on the day of rental and had to call to get the information. We were allowed to check in early with the understanding that the house was ready. The bottom of the house/outside was not cleaned at all from the previous rental. Dirty toys and floats all out every where and along with broken glass and party remains. The “bar” in the description was filthy. The description also said beach chairs to use.....what a joke! They were torn and rusted and not able to be used at all. The inside of the house was nice and spacious but whoever is getting paid to clean is not doing a very good job. Accumulated dust around the air vents, broken toilet paper holder and totally rusted shower curtain rod in the master bath. How hard and cheap is it to change these? Maybe the owner is not being told about these things?! No door or gate on the top of the stairs that leads down to the bunk room so this is very dangerous if you have little ones. The kitchen is upgraded but only 4 forks available, no cookie sheets and we couldn’t find a toaster. The door to the dishwasher will SLAM your toe if you don’t hold on to it when opening it! Once you get past all that the rooms were nice. Extra pillows were in closets but no extra blankets. Most importantly the view was AMAZING! The wall of windows made you forget about some of the other things. We had a great time but feel that for the price per night that was paid the property could have been better maintained. The filthiness on the bottom level made you not want to enter the house. Personally I have stayed in a lot nicer houses in Galveston for a lot cheaper and I would not stay in this house again! All properties I have rented from VRBO have been excellent until this one!

Clean pet friendly house but yard was not pet friendly

Clean spacious home with open relaxing feel. Loved being able to take my dog but the yard was nothing but sticker weeds that I had to pick out of my dogs paws and fur every time we went out. Showers need serious updating and the house has an overall ant problem. Otherwise was as expected per the listing.

Beach Family Vacation 07/2022

Everything was Great. Property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The only thing I can say in a negative way about this property, is the gas grill needs replacing. It is in pretty bad shape and is an accident waiting to happen. The Charcoal grill worked just fine.

Great vibe, view and location

We absolutely loved our stay in Sea Isle. Location is great, the view is amazing, the communication with property manager was awesome. We were in 4 adults and 5 kids and used the 3 rooms upstairs. There's also a great space outside for barbecue and for kids to play.

There were no face towels in the home. The dryer did not dry the bath towels we washed. We ran the dryer five times and the towels still did not dry.

Had a great time at this property. Need to make sure all is in working order. No working dishwasher. Also had the owner left a check off list of things it would have been helpful. Had we known about the trash pickup day we would have made sure trash was set out. Just saying. Otherwise beach access was great and the view out the windows from the whole back of the home was beautiful.
