Kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen istutustyylinen koti, josta on esteettömät näkymät rannikolle ja tulivuorelle. Auringonlaskun valtameri ja Maui näkymät Lanai. Sijaitsee kolmen hehtaarin erällä lähellä rauhallisen yksityisen umpikujan loppua 5-10 minuutin päässä Kohalan rannikon parhaista uimarannoista. Nauti aamuista ja iltaisista Lanai-ympäröimästä kauniista näkymistä. Täydellinen valaiden katseluun talvella. Avoin pohjaratkaisu mukavilla, mutta tyylikkäillä kalusteilla.
Joustavat vuokravaihtoehdot tälle kodille. Vuokra parina master-sviitissä, jäljellä olevat sviitit ovat kiinni. Kaksi paria? Pysy kahdessa sviitissä. Jäljellä oleva huone suljettu. Beautiful home with spectacular views

Relaxing getaway, amazing view!

We stayed here prior to attending a wedding in June, and it was the perfect place to unwind for several days. The house sits high up on the hill, and the wrap-around deck gives views from all sides. I could have spent days just sitting on that deck and taking in the view! It's close to some amazing beaches and some cool shopping, and the house has everything you could ask for. We definitely plan to come back here. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Laughing Gecko Master Bedroom Only

I came in to town for my friend's wedding who lives in the neighborhood. The house was clean and looked like the pictures and had everything we needed. I was only traveling with my wife so we only rented out the master bedroom. It was a perfect place to get away and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard and wrap around porch are fairly private as the neighbors are not right next door like in the suburbs.

Estates stay

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. The highlight is the view from the patio and beauty. Night sky is awesome. Good to be away from the city in a rural area, but may not be for everyone. Walking through the neighborhood during the morning was very relaxing. Thinking about staying here, just be aware cannot walk to beach or diners. Need to plan you day trips, including what time to leave to make tee times or reservations.

Stunning views in an elegant, comfortable home

The house is splendidly isolated on a huge hillside overlooking the ocean and Hulalaulai! Fantastic wraparound porches maximize the view. We were there for Hurricane Lane , so we know the house stands up in 70 mile per hour winds. The house is modern and well-appointed and the kitchen was terrific for cooking our meals. The bedding was wonderful. For our stay, due to the aftermath of the hurricane, it was cloudy and did not have good sunsets however that kept the house tolerable without a/c in the August heat.

Beautiful views and lovely property

This is our second visit to this home, which we really enjoy. The house has everything you need, but none of the things you don’t. Internet works great, TV and sonos sound bar are easy to use, kitchen is well-equipped and the garage has typical beach chairs, awning and toys. The landscaping around the house is home to many of the areas beautiful birds. And the view... the 3-sided wraparound deck provides something to see on each side and allows strategic positioning for sun or shade no matter what time of day. We simply love it.

It's all about the View

The view is incredible. The wrap-around lanai was a wonderful area to sit and protected from the sun most of the time. As noted in an earlier review, the house does get quite warm in the late afternoon/early evening. The rest of the time one can generally get a nice cross-breeze through the sliders. The kitchen was well-stocked and had high quality appliances. There was plenty of dresser space in the bedrooms. Sheets/towels/paper products were plenteous. The luggage racks in all three bedrooms were appreciated as well. We hope to be back!

Totally perfect!!

WOW!! We returned this year for another nine week stay. It was perfect in every way. The owners have added a new and comfy bed in the master bedroom, a new dishwasher, stove and fridge. This place is well equipped and maintained. We spend many hours sitting on the deck with our binoculars searching for whales and watching the boat traffic. Lokelani is a dead end road so the car traffic is sparse. This house is a grand place to do nothing and that is just what we did!! Thank you again Ali, for the good service.

WOW!! A great property!!

We rented this property for nine weeks sight-unseen. Ali - the property manager - assured us by email that the house was exactly as the pictures showed. She was correct in every detail. We arrived late at night and was so pleased at what we had rented. It was exactly what we had expected and exactly what was shown in the house listing. We had all our meals at the round table at the corner of the deck (as shown in the photo) and marveled at the views on the first morning and we were equally impressed with the same views on the last morning. It is a beautiful place. Ali is a wonderful and well experienced host. She is attentive, prompt, helpful and very professional. It was always a pleasure to do business with Ali and we will return in 2016.

4 nights in December

Two of us stayed at the house 4 nights in early December. It is in a quiet area, not many neighbors and few cars. The house was well set up for 2 people and probably more although we didn’t see the other 2 bedrooms. There were quite strong NE winds at the time but having the lanai on 3 sides made it possible to be outside as much as we wanted, whether for reading, cooking, star gazing. Ali, the manager made booking and access very easy, she was friendly and responded right away to any questions. Our damage deposit was returned very promptly. The views from the lanai are spectacular and we found it very easy to spend time outside. It is an easy drive to beaches, Hawi, Waimea and the macadamia nut factory and we thought that driving a little to go for a nice walk was preferable than walking from the property, which only gives 2 choices: uphill or downhill. The owners have set up a Netflix account for renters and the WiFi works well. Very positive about this property and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful ocean view home.

This is a nicely appointed and comfortable home located on the hillside on the north kohala coast. The views and sunsets are spectacular. This location is better suited for those who want to be away from the crowds as it is fairly remote. It’s a short driving distance to Hapuna beach and to the beach at Mauna Kea. It is on the driest and hottest side of the island and there is no a/c in the house. Because the house is situated on the hillside, going for an early morning walk or run is challenging as there is no level ground. Ali was very helpful and accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

The view of the blue sea and sky looking down from the terrace was amazing. In addition, room facilities and beach items were the latest and good condition and we were able to spend comfortably. I would also like to stay next year.

Nice home , comfortable, maintained, beautiful views, very quiet area, well equipped kitchen.

This property is well equipped for large family vacations, covered lanai with comfortable furniture, we spent most of our time outside, we would rent this property again. Views of ocean and sunsets are spectacular, short drive to beaches, loved the birds singing in the morning.

Beautiful, spacious, enchanting

This is a home. We felt privileged and honored to spend time in this gracious, comfortable place. When I booked this place I had no idea of what to expect from its location. It was our first trip to Hawaii. At first we missed the lushness of other parts of Hawaii but soon we realized how fortunate we were with this choice.. So many wonderful places are within an easy drive. The views from the lanai are amazing, day and night. The house is decorated with taste and beauty. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made great meals. The house could use a few more fans, but otherwise we had everything we needed. Ali Blackmore was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I can only hope we are lucky enough to stay here again some day. Loved it!

No suprises, great hospitality, awesome host!

Property was easy to get to and looked just like the pictures online. Furnishings, cleanliness, host flexibility and reachability, location and views were all better than expected. Ali Blackwell is a wonderful host. Findings to note: Wildlife was abundant (birds, small mammals, lizards, etc.), no A/C in the house but with all the windows open at night A/C was not needed, great proximity to popular beaches yet still "away from it all", romantic for a honeymoon getaway, if vog advisory is present during your stay the view might be impeded, abundant information located in a book in the house ready to answer any question you could have, strong winds are common in this area.

More than I expected

Reasonable price, view of the ocean and three bedrooms were what I was looking for in a rental. All three expectations were met. What I didn’t expect were the beautiful starry nights, the gorgeous sunsets, awakening to birdsong, and the peaceful surroundings. The house itself was roomy and comfortable, especially the beds. Kudos to the owner and manager.

Amazing view.

The house was great, clean, spacious and had everything we needed including sand toys and beach chairs. The view from the lanai is amazing and a great way to start the day. It's also close to my favorite beaches: Mauna Kea and Beach 69 next to Haupuna. Ali was also super helpful and responsive. All in all great experience.

Great view and comfortable home

Our family of four spent a very comfortable three nights here and really enjoyed the views from the deck! The kitchen is pretty well stocked which made it easy for us to make dinner two nights during our stay. We also appreciated the beach equipment in the garage. My daughter loved looking for geckos on the house (hint: check by the front door and garage at night with the outside lights on!). Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Paradise in the Hawaiian Desert

This house is truly one of the most impressive place we stay in the Big Island Hi. We get to experience the natural wonder of the Hawaiian Desert. Desert? We didn't expect that at all. We woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the Mauna Loa mountain, blue sky, sparking ocean with a gentle cool breeze in the morning then saying good bye to the day with a beautiful sunset. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable luxury furnitures. The location is far from tourists, grocery, and convenient amenities... trade off for its natural beauty. We recommend it!!! Ali is so wonderful to work with...thanks for a wonderful stay.
