Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto sijaitsee Beachside Tower Onessa. Se on rakennuksen 3. kerroksessa itäpuolella. Se on makuuhuone lahden puolella condo näkymät sängystä smaragdinvihreä vesi ja sokeri valkoinen hiekka. Siellä on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on ylimääräinen kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Olohuoneessa, myös Meksikonlahden suuntaan, on vuodesohva, taulutelevisio ja runsaasti istuimia. Vierashuoneessa on kerrossänky, jossa kaksoset ylhäällä ja kokonaan alaosassa. Vierashuoneessa on myös lisävuode. Käytävän kylpyhuoneessa on ovi vierashuoneeseen myös mukavuuden vuoksi. Käytävässä on pinottava pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja ruokasali- ja baarialueella on runsaasti tuoleja ja jakkarat mukavaan syömiseen huoneistoon. Allas on suuri ja sijaitsee kätevästi huoneistoon. Grillaus-, aurinko- ja ruokailutilat ulkona sekä kuntosali tekevät yleisistä alueista aivan täydellisiä.

Grillaa illallinen ja vie se takaisin oman parvekkeen parvekkeelle, josta on näkymät rakennuksen takana sijaitsevalle viheralueelle ja Meksikonlahdelle!

Family Vacation

We’ve been coming to Beachside One for over 10yrs. The building itself is a little dated, but the private beach is the Best Part!! There’s plenty of room with no hassle. If you don’t believe it, just walk down to the Tiki Bar and get a Mai-Thai. You’ll see how everybody else is packed in like sardines. We Love the stay always!!

Perfect location on the beach !

Great little condo! Beautiful beach just a little walk away. Nice pool. Wish there was better lighting in the room with bunk beds, we had to use flash lights in our phones to see I. The closets etc. close enough drive to good food and excursions!!!

Family long weekend getaway

Our trip was fun. Ocean was perfect. The condo was good. View from balcony was blocked by a palm tree. Condo could use a bit of updating. Bath tub in master bedroom has rust stains in it. Pots and pans were worn. It could use a deep clean. The welcome letter was abrupt and not inviting. I just think it could have been a bit more friendly. Beachside is a great location and we have stayed here many times over the years and will again just in a different unit.

Tropical storm week

We came down for our visit during the week of the tropical storm. The weather was actually not bad with a part of each good enough to go to the beach. The pool is NOT finished. Apparently they have a July 1st deadline, and they have been working almost around the clock. The pool we can use is around a mile or so away from the complex. The pool will be beautiful when finished. The unit needs some sprucing like fresh paint on the walls, new paintings, and some general up keep. The closet full of beach toys was awesome for my kids. Thank you for the use of your place. We overall enjoyed ourselves but provided feedback because we were asked.

Overall a good experience

My problem with the start was not so much with the accommodations, rather, the listing itself… It came across as cold and rude and actually set the tone for the stay… When we arrived, there were minor issues with the apartment, and we were almost afraid to call the management team over a concern to the response… we eventually did, and there were no issues, but the whole thing could be changed simply by a rewrite of the listing… a sincere welcome would go a lot further than a bunch of rules and near threats… I encourage the management to think about it - people are coming here to relax and enjoy themselves, and anybody that can afford to pay your price isn’t going to be the ones to worry about destroying the place Also, ditto on the palm tree… blocks the entire view. (I’m joking) - it does block the view. But not that critical of an issue 😀

Quite dated, but clean enough

This unit definitely needs to be updated. I have family members who stayed in different units in this same building, and they were MUCH nicer. But they paid more, too, so there’s that. There are TV’s, but not smart TV’s so you can’t watch any of your streaming services. Which is ok, because the WiFi was practically unusable anyway. Also, there are some broken power outlets, and the bathroom showers looked dirty, but on further inspection, they are just so old and been cleaned so many times, that they are worn out from use. Also, the balcony table and chairs were old and rusty. Like you would NOT want to use them. The building amenities were top notch, though! The pool was fantastic, and the boardwalk to the beach was very nice. Overall, there were no “deal breakers”, especially given the price. Maybe by next season, these issues can be resolved.

As advertised but needs updating

This rental was exactly as expected and advertised, but it could use some updating. The manager was very easy to work with. Had good sleeping arrangements for my family of six that including grandparents and two children.

Easy access to pool and beach! Security makes sure only Beachside guests are at the beach in front of the condo so that it doesn’t get crazy crowded. Really nice area!

Great Beach and Condo Loved our stay and everything provided in our Condo Beach was great and all the items in the room for our beach Stay toys and chair and tent for the beach was all there We loved that! Only con was for someone that doesn't get around very well there are steps to the beach no ramp or easy access for the beach except the steps Location was good to eat and go to the store My kids loved the pool Weather was great and the beach very clean THANKS for providing us with a great place to stay

Fair priced unit but beware of daily construction on neighboring building!

The unit was as described with good A/C, comfortable beds, and beautiful beaches. We had few minor issues upon arrival but Ashley took care of them same day. Big issue was the major construction on Beachside 2 right outside our unit causing 7 days a week terrible drilling, banging, and sawing noises, starting early in morning. Balcony was not usable because of the noise and even loud inside living room and master bedroom with doors to balcony closed. They will not be finished with major renovation any time soon. Had beautiful weather and always like our vacations in Destin.

Close to the beach

This property was actually CLOSER to the beach than it appeared in pictures. Lovely resort perfect for laid back family fun. Beach amenities were reasonable (chair/umbrella) and resort had everything my teenagers wanted- basketball court, nice pool, etc. My kids want to return next year!

Love the location - great resort

We loved the location and the fact that it was right on the beach. The condo itself could use a little updating/painting. The plumbing was a little bit sluggish in the master bath, but overall we had a great experience.

Good for our family of 5

Overall everything was fine. Having the extra sleep space via the bunk bed was helpful. All of the beach chairs/body boards/wagon available in the closet came in handy. Pool area was nice but got crowded pretty quickly. Parking was convenient and readily available other then the first night of our stay. The condo itself was clean but could stand to be freshened up a bit.

Overrated in general

The complex’s was being renovated during our stay, but our particular condo was dated itself. The cookware was old and the microwave was rusted. These was only one dish towel provided for the entire week, so we has to purchase more at a store down the road. The guest bathtub stayed clogged the whole time. The beach chairs were rusted and the umbrella was broken. The private beach that came with the condo was fully taken up by their own chairs/umbrellas that were available to rent, but expensive. We could barely find a spot on the beach. Also, the traffic in the area was horrible and it took 30-45 minutes to get through to Destin. I feel that the area is totally overrated and we will not be going back ever again.

Good location and once pool construction is complete will be nice location.

Property location was very good. Unit is showing it’s age and needs some TLC. 3 blind slats were broken, HVAC filter was filthy, mold spots and shower curtain. Bath can light was out. Non stick pans need to be replaced . The toilet in the master is a very short model. The view was good, and quiet with no noise from other tenants. Once the pool area is finished it will be a big plus. The gate codes did not work on arrival. The property mgr, Ashley was responsive to our needs. Would be nice to have a better inventory of beach items like chairs umbrellas, floats, toys and games in advance which would save us from bringing duplicate items.

Weekend getaway

My two teen girls and I stayed the weekend. Main pool was closed for renovation. Loved the short walk to beach! Place was pretty clean but floor were a bit sticky in the condo. We where shoes or socks inside when we stay somewhere publicly used anyway. Did have fully stocked kitchen and tons of toys and chairs for the beach. Overall very nice stay...would definitely stay there again.

Needs Updating

The location of the condo was great and the views from the balcony were amazing but the condo itself needs to be gutted and updated. The place was not clean, the lighting in the condo was sparse at best and some of the lamps did not work which made things even worse. The only things that were updated were the appliances and the kitchen faucet. Other condo's on this property have been updated and cost a fraction more so it would be worth staying somewhere else.
