🔧 Note about building works:

We inform you that conservation works will take place on the 3rd floor of the building, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, from January 2nd to April 15th, 2025. Higher noise intensity is expected during the first weeks. We appreciate your understanding.

⚠️ Important Note:

A deposit of €200 is required before check-in - we will hold the amount on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before) and it will be released up to 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.



The platform does not withhold the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information will be presented at the time of booking confirmation. All reservations must pay the deposit before or on the day of check-in.
