Casa Carmen - Arenal den Castell

Casa Carmen is the perfect property for a family vacation on the island of Menorca. It is part of a small complex of apartments type semi-detached houses and is located in a very quiet area of Arenal den Castell on the north coast of Menorca. The beautiful Arenal beach with golden sand and turquoise blue waters is only 350 meters from the house and the shopping and restaurant area is 200 meters away.
Casa Carmen is a beautiful property that has 2 floors and has capacity for 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs and both have a terrace and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
On the main floor is the third bedroom that has a bunk bed and a fan, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and the living-dining room.
The house is surrounded by green areas and terraces that overlook both the community pool that it shares with the rest of the houses in the complex and the forest area that surrounds the Arenal urbanization.
There is a small garden and terrace at the entrance of the house which is completely private and is furnished with great taste (the built-in barbecue is simply decorative and cannot be used). The house also has a private parking for 1 car.
Arenal d'en Castell beach, with its horseshoe shape and red golden sand, is one of the outstanding beaches on the spectacular north coast of Menorca. It is surrounded by nature and at the same time houses a wide variety of services for the whole family.
