This apartment is ideal for short breaks, longer holidays or business trips to the city.
This recently built first floor apartment is in a block of only two apartments set within 'Moorgate View' a prestigious development of 10 apartments with communal courtyard and cycle stores. The interior has high quality contemporary fittings throughout providing bright and spacious living accommodation with a private external staircase to the entrance. The property has been newly furnished and comprises hall, large lounge/dining room with front views towards York Minster, kitchen with high quality contemporary units, fully equipped with integrated oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. The two bedrooms consist of one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. The apartment is heated by electric heaters thermostatically controlled. A stunning apartment providing a true modern 'home from home' base for your trip.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, tea towels, cleaning products etc are provided, there is also an ironing board and hairdryer.
The allocated parking space is adjacent to the property and there is a cycle store within a secure gated courtyard. There is an electric charging point for guests to use free of charge.
GUEST ACCESS
Self check in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival so you do not need to worry if you are delayed or arriving in the evening. access is up the private external staircase and a key safe is located next to the front door of the apartment. Code details will be emailed to you prior to arrival.

The Croft is located on Braeside Gardens to the rear of Moorgate View, 128 Acomb Road in the popular York suburb of Holgate. Everything is within easy reach, either on foot, bike, bus or taxi.
The Railway Station and City centre are a pleasant 20 minute walk. The bus stop is locate within 50 yards of the property for the No. 1 bus which runs every 10 minutes to the Railway Station and into central York (just around the corner from The Minster) throughout the day and evening. The National Railway Museum is close by, as is York Racecourse which has regular meetings from May through to October and also host Park Runs at 9am every Saturday Morning, there are also walks and cycle paths.
There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes close by on The Mount along with Everyman Cinema, or an additional 10 minutes walk takes you into the heart of York city centre with its many bars and restaurants. The local pub is the The Fox which is less than 5 minutes walk away, renowned for its large range of Beers and with a large Beer garden. Holgate has its very own working Windmill which can be seen from the windows of the apartment and is just a few minutes walk from the property.
