Villa Fig Tree is a vibrant 3 bedroom villa which has been lovingly restored and extended from a traditional Madeiran stone barn. Set amongst the rolling hills of the tranquil Madeiran countryside and with stunning sea views, it's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday or explore one of the incredible levada walks that circle the island. A short drive from the villa is the quaint village of Prazeres, with a selection of excellent local restaurants as well as a mini market. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Fig Tree is fantastically located close to the small village of Prazeres and surrounded by lush Madeiran countryside. Within easy reach of the villa is access to some of the incredible levada walks that make Madeira a walkers paradise. A short drive from the villa you'll find several wonderful local restaurants and bars as well as a mini market to pick up the essentials. A 15 minute drive will take you to the sandy, man-made beach of Calheta where you can also find a selection of restaurants and a larger supermarket. The capital of Funchal is just a 45 minute drive and is well worth a visit whilst you're on the island.
