The main floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the large covered terrace, offering shade from the summer sun and beautiful views over the town and valley.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg cooker, large American fridge, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar and a second lounge with a huge 65" Smart Tv and Play-station for kids, this level also has a special bedroom suite with a modern en-suite shower room suitable for guests with disabilities.

On the upper level of the villa there are three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one with a private sun terrace and the other with a bathtub.

Outside, the villa boasts a large sunbathing terrace that surrounds the private pool and a beautiful garden with lots of orange and lemon trees.

Rental Rules:
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a security deposit is required when renting this property
- For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay.
Cots and highchairs can be arranged at an additional fee (50 euros per week per item, unless otherwise stated).
