Cosy 30 sqm studio with 2 night areas both in mezzanines, close to Jorge Rando Museum, Alcazaba and Gibralfaro viewpoint. The studio can accommodate 3 people (one double bed and one single bed) and is equipped with AC, wifi and washing machine. Linens and towels will be provided. The studio is located in La Merced district, in the hyper-centre of Malaga. This neighborhood is lively and entertaining. You will be close to the modern Mercado de La Merced and its gourmet tapas counters. Nearby streets are packed with restaurants, wine bars, and nightclubs. Live flamenco is performed at Liceo, and the stately Teatro Cervantes hosts ballet, drama, and classical concerts. You will be close to a Dia supermarket and the Arrebola pharmacy.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 90 EUR.
