Very quiet apartment on one level, entrance, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster), dining room with a wonderful view of the Duomo, living room with sofa bed and tv, balcony with washing machine.
FACILITIES: air conditioning, free wi-fi, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels.
Child’s cot and high chair on request (30 €).
For long stays (more than 30 days) there is an extra free cleaning service (with the change of linen), every fifteen days.

Supplements for check-in outside regular hours:
€25 for check-in after 7.30pm

Please note that as the accommodation is not a hotel we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment with Cecilia or Isabella for your check-in.
Once you've made an appointment, if you arrive more than 1 hour late without informing, you'll have to pay 25 € supplement.
Check-out from 8.30am to 10am.
For check-ins and check-outs on special days (December 25th and 26th, January 1st, Easter, August 15th) there is a 40€ supplement.
⮚ PAPERWORK AND LOCAL TAXES
At check-in, guests will be asked for their documents for notification to the authorities and to sign a lease contract, as required by Italian law.
Also required is payment of €5.50 per person per night (up to 7 nights and for those starting from 12 years old) which is paid to the Commune of Florence. Those who are attending relatives in hospital are excluded from the payment.
⮚ CAR ACCESS: The apartment is situated in a restricted traffic zone, accessible by car only by booking with the next-door garage
⮚ Complete care of the furniture, respect for others living nearby and punctuality are essential
⮚ Don’t scratch the kitchen top with abrasive sponges
⮚ Please don’t put wet objects on the furniture
⮚ Don’t lean against the sinks
⮚ The consumptions of electricity, AC, gas and heating are included but we kindly ask you to pay attention to their consumption otherwise there could be an extra fee to be paid at your check-out
⮚ There is an extra cleaning fee of €50 if the apartment is left very dirty and with rubbish/garbage
⮚ If you lose the keys you will have to pay 65 € for each new set
⮚ No smoking

⮚ Silence from 10pm to 8am
⮚ For any intervention for issues not caused by a malfunction of the property there will be a 30€ extra fee for the first hour, then 20€ each hour. From 19.30 to 22.30 there will be a 50€ extra fee for the first hour, then 30€ each hour
