The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave, allowing you to unleash your culinary prowess and create delicious meals for your loved ones. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

But the real showstopper is the spacious terrace, complete with a table for six and a barbecue, where you can gather with loved ones and soak in the stunning views of the surrounding area. It's the perfect spot for lazy breakfasts, lively dinners, or a quiet moment of reflection.

The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed, providing ample sleeping space for everyone, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment boasts 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space to freshen up and prepare for the day ahead. It contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Rio Tinto is a suburban town in northern Portugal, specifically in the municipality of Gondomar within the Porto District. It is situated just a few kilometres east of Porto, making it part of the Greater Porto metropolitan area.

The town has a history dating back centuries, with evidence of human settlement in the area since ancient times. Over the years, Rio Tinto has evolved from a small village into a suburban town with a mix of modern infrastructure and historical elements.

Rio Tinto offers a range of amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and schools. Residents have access to essential services within the local community.

It connects Porto and neighbouring areas through public transportation, including buses and trains. This accessibility makes it easy for residents to commute to Porto for work or leisure activities.

Notes: The property is located in town, so it might get a bit noisy

The property is easily accessible by public transport, Uber and car.

The nearest metro station, Venda Nova, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
