- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

The price does not include:

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per week per animal).
Tourism tax (where applicable).

Contemporary design and Mediterranean atmosphere. In an elevated position with a magnificent open view of the splendid sea of Santa Maria di Leuca, Villa Calypso combines the comfort of a modern villa with the warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean landscapes of Salento. A villa of a very high standard, extremely comfortable, located in a chic context full of opportunities and less than 1 km from the town and very close to the fine sandy beaches typical of Salento. Through a system of large windows, the internal areas, spacious and finely furnished, open completely out to the external terraces and the swimming pool and offer the sensational view of a landscape that changes according to the natural light passing through it. The villa is not fenced but is located within a large enclosed private property which includes other independent and well-distanced villas, guaranteeing undisputed privacy, a privacy possible thanks also to the conformation of the property that is distributed over several terraces . An external gate opens to a green oasis with a road that leads to the villa and relative parking area.

Interior:
The villa has two floors which do not communicate internally, for a total area of approximately 300 sq m. The main entrance leads to the upper floor with a large living area furnished with a spectacular dining table and sofas placed in front of large windows that frame the boundless panorama. The living room leads, on the left, to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen with pantry equipped with laundry and, on the right, to the sleeping area where a corridor leads to three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with tub and two sharing a bathroom with shower. A fabulous external access with stone steps leads to the lower floor where an attractive living room, furnished with sofas, acts as the entrance and leads to a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower.

Park:
The exterior develops on several levels in the park which extends for about 2000 sq m. On the top floor, outside the living area, is the covered outdoor dining area furnished with a large table and sitting area; from here a few steps lead to the solarium and the panoramic swimming pool. At the rear of the living area is another terrace located on the lower level and connected to the private parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies on one side of the villa which is about 6 m away and is accessible from the outdoor dining area, down three steps. Overlooking a dazzlingly beautiful view, the pool, measuring 5.5 x 6.50 m with a constant depth of 1.60 m, is lined in PVC and has salt purification, internal lighting and three submerged steps for access to the water. The surrounding solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a stone sofa provided with comfortable cushions.

Pets: On request. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
