Come and relax with your family in our house immersed in the green countryside of Alcamo to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays in a carefree way, away from the chaos and everyday problems.
Just 5 minutes from the sea and the magnificent golden sandy beach of the Gulf of Castellammare, 15 minutes from the "Terme di Segesta" to benefit from the boiling and natural waters of the Sicilian woods, our house is located near the most important cultural sites (Ancient Theater of Segesta, the Castle of the Counts of Modica di Alcamo, Trapani, Palermo) and also close to the most famous seaside resorts (the Faraglioni of Scopello - set of the film Ocean's Twelve - and the Natural Reserve of the Zingaro) and mountain where it is possible to make excursions (Monte Bonifato, Alcamo, Erice).
The villa has an entrance with gate where you have access to a parking area reserved for guests and a large courtyard that leads first to a small garden that we make available to guests and then to the pool that can be heated when you consider it more appropriate.
The house has a veranda where you can find a comfortable wood-burning oven, a living room with a built-in kitchen and a gas cooking area, a large and comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a beautiful and efficient hydromassage shower.
