The downstairs has a kitchen and open plan lounge and diner leading to a private garden. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms are laid out with king size beds and built-in wardrobes with one them benefiting from an en-suite.
1 bedroom with a single bed and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a super kings side bed with built wardrobes and an en-suite. The house has a family bathroom upstairs with bath and a shower over the bath. The overall design of the property, along with our decor, provides a light and spacious feel that is comfortable and uncluttered. There is a fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with washing machine and all the other essentials, cookware and crockery you would expect. The lounge provides a comfortable heart of the property, complete with Smart TV, and 2 X sofas and a and an armchair and a dining table.
There is good quality free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Also off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles on the drive. The rear garden is enclosed by a fence and laid to lawn. Comfortable central heating is provided by a combi gas boiler, which also provides instant hot water.
