Phaedrus Living: Plateia Suite Brillante

Phaedrus Living Plateia Suite Brillante is one of our cozy suites located in Old Town Nicosia. The Suite is located on the 4th floor with immaculate views of the Old Town Square and Nicosia City. The suite is walking distance from all amenities. Shopaholics may stroll down Ledra Street, which is lined with stores, bars, cafés, and restaurants. If you wish to bring mementos as gifts for your loved ones back home, Laiki Geitonia is the place to go.

The suite comprises of a comfy bed, kitchenette with a mini fridge and an espresso maker, a large bathroom with a walk in shower, free wifi, a smart tv and above all, location making it idea for a business trip, or simply a romantic getaway.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
