The large patio windows open wide to join the interior with a semi covered wooden decked patio and the private pool. At the basement level there is also a washing machine and dryer and private area which can be used as a study.

If you have young children, the pool offers the option of a safety fence for peace of mind.

This residential location is very peaceful and quiet yet just a couple of minutes' walk from all amenities and to one of the best beaches in the area, the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for. About the distance on the opposite side, you can get to Turtle Bay, access from the rocks or the small beach on the far corner and go snorkeling to look for the family of Caretta Carreta turtles that live on the bay.

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
