Real Escapes Properties on erittäin iloinen voidessaan tarjota tämän ihastuttavan lomakohteen - joka sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä julkisesta rannan pääsystä, joka on varustettu rantatiellä.

Tässä ihastuttavassa kodissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi ja 1/2 kylpyhuonetta. Kävele portaita ylöspäin ja astu toiselle tasolle seulotulla kuistilla - voit irrottaa, rentoutua ja nauttia aaltojen kaatumisesta Atlantin rantaviivaa vasten! Astu sisään avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö. Denissa on suuri televisio, jossa on kaapeli, Wi-Fi ja DVD-soitin. Ruokapöytä on asetettu neljälle!

Meander ylös portaita ja löydät kaksi suurta makuuhuonetta, jotka ovat erittäin tyylikkäästi tehty. Makuuhuoneessa # 1 on queen-size-vuode, jossa on televisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa # 2 on erilliset vuoteet ja oma kylpyhuone.

Quick trip to the coast

We had a great time the place is perfect! Will be going back soon hopefully our golden retriever loved the beach and the screened in porch! Wish I could live there full time!

Lovely place in the perfect neighborhood

This is a well-appointed above-garage condo in a perfect location for exploring and enjoying St. Simons Island. The managers are helpful and communicative. The bedrooms are nice, and quiet, and all of the important things were done right. A few lightbulbs were burned out, and some of the bedroom lamps have cords that are too short to reach the outlets. Nice place, would be happy to return!

Great getaway!

Even though we had pretty rainy weather during our stay, this rental did not disappoint. I have been going to SSI for many years, but this is absolutely the best location I've stayed in. Clean, close to everything...five stars!

Since it was so convenient, e went numerous times a day. It was fun to be able to walk to the King & Prince via beach one night for dinner also. Although we wished there was more comfortable seating on the porch, we spent more time there than inside the house. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I wish we had more time. My mother has been in the hospital since 11/14 with a broken femur. My adult sons and I had planned this trip as a surprise for her. However, we needed this time for respite and to work on plans for next steps in her care. 221 Olive is one of my favorite rentals as it is very comfortable and well appointed. I like this quiet street and the location on East Beach. The unit does have several light bulbs that need to be replaced. One in a lamp in the master bedroom, one in the stairwell, and a couple in one overhead light fixture.

We love the location and the quietness of having an individual "unit". The new flooring downstairs is pretty and easy to clean. Kitchen needs a few pans/dishes, but we just bring our own. We enjoy cooking there. Upstairs shower needs a light,and outside door needs to be fixed so it will lock. Unit cools, but gets hot if you don't have fans running. We always bring a fan or two to assist with air flow! It would be great to have a king-size bed in master. Real Escapes is our "go to" for ideas and reservations! They are always helpful. We are a part of several families who have spent a week or more together at SSI every year since our college days and we are now in our 60's! The location of this unit is fantastic and it is pet friendly. We bring a big wagon, fill it with beach-needs, and spend the day on the beach!It's a short walk to enjoy it! This year we noticed the mattresses need to be replaced and the carpet really needs replacing on the main level. It is torn and stained. Sofa needs cleaning. Master needs a king size bed. Biggest deal though is the carpet. We love the porch and the big fan! Location is perfect!Walking distance to everything! RealEscapes staff is AWESOME and HELPFUL! Always friendly!!!!

Perfect location - quiet and close to beach, shopping and restaurants

The garage apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was a perfect place for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. There is a very short walk to the beach. Less than a mile to groceries and great restaurants. Perfect location for us and our dog. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions are important, and when we arrived the place was incredibly clean. Some reviews mention that it needs updates, but for us, as long as everything is in good working order that is all we need. I felt like the price of the rental was fair, thinking that updates would jack the rental price up a bit. The place is laid out similarly to a condo, but with the benefit of no neighbors. The location is really convenient, considering the walk to the beach is only about a block and the walk (or bicycle ride) to restaurants and shops is pleasant, too. The only downside I noticed was that parking is very limited, but other than that our experience with this rental was exactly what we were looking for.
