Love it

The house had everything we could have wanted. Imaculate, very well kept. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for preparing great meals. The layout of the house was ideal. We all had great accommodations and the amenities were top notch. 5 star house for sure!! recommend very highly.

Could be a nice house. The home needs lots of TLC. Condition is rundown. Many items need attention. Even the inside garbage can was filthy. Last renter never put garbage cans out. Owner should know rubber washer hoses should be replaced with metal ones immediately. Patio door in kitchen very hard to lock. Refrigerator is on it's last legs. The top over the birdcage (over pool is filthy). Lounge chairs by the pool are broken and filthy. Whoever is managing this place is not doing a very good job.

Convenient

This was a nice property. It was conveniently located near a Super Wal- Mart, restaurants, fast food etc. It was also about 40 minutes from Orlando's most popular attractions. It had a small but nice pool, bicycles, pool table and was clean and good sized for our large family.

Florida stay.

We loved this place. It's a very friendly quiet neighborhood. The golf course is outstanding. Very reasonably priced.

Maintenance Needed

Unfortunately, the home is in need of a lot of maintenance there was a clogged shower up stairs and the carpet had stains along with a water smell throughout the home. There was visible dust throughout the home and the ceiling have water damaged. Furthermore thee was water leaking in the home. The pool did not appear to have any chlorine and not heated, we also found a snake in the pool.

I really like the floor plan and the furniture in this place.

This home is lovely but needs a real good cleaning. Water spots and hanging wallpaper from previous water damage. No cold water on one sink in master bath. Would be interested in going back if maintenance was done. Baseboard in need of painting. Fix it and we could return. Front door chain had been busted.

Perfect for a short stay!

Right away I felt at home. Our stay was short and sweet. Before my stay I read up on some of the other reviews and took some into consideration. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER, NAPKINS, AND TRASH BAG/LININGS!!!! Other than that there was plenty of towels and extra linen and covers. Definitely plan on coming back!

Do not rent this property until the owners clean up the mold

Paint chipping from roof leak. Mold around the Toilet and shower, toilet and half bath not working. Needs to be exterminated for ants. Bed is very uncomfortable. Could not use the bbq grills very dirty. Refrigerator door needs repair. The house needs to be cleaned up and update.

Reservation for funeral

The house was nice and affordable. It was able to accommodate our family for my uncle’s funeral. The kids really enjoyed the pool. When I reached out to the owner, she answered very quickly. She was very nice.

Not what we expected

We wanted to leave the minute we started looking around at the house. I hate to ruin someone's income property by a bad review ,but this place is in MAJOR need of some renovations. There are water leak stains all over the ceilings. The carpet is just terrible. Stains all over. The pool patio was a mess. We had to hose everything off. There were rust stains and the pool furniture all needs replaced. I have plenty of pictures of before and after we had to clean. There was broken glass in the pool that my husband stepped on. Our last evening there it rained pretty hard in the day and because of the lack of care from the screen enclosure we were unable to swim because of all the bugs in the pool that fell from the screen. Thousands of gnats . There was mold in the master bathroom, and all the baseboards need caulked or repaired. They look terrible. This place just needs repairs. The garage has pool toys which we had to scrub so we could use them. There is a pool table which is completely useless. One stick, no tip and the table uneven ect.And the garage door does not open so its too hot to be in there anyway. There are no tv's upstairs that work. There were ants ALL over. I had to spend so much time spraying . we couldnt leave anything out for any length of time, they were all over. The things that were good, the furniture looked fairly new and was comfortable, beds were comfy, the kitchen had all you needed (except for dish washer soap)The pool was a decent size, plenty of space, big master bedroom and bathroom. The neighborhood is gated and close to everything. You can walk to Wal-Mart . But the houses are very close together, you can hear your neighbors conversations. The view of the golf course is pretty. We did not contact the owner about these problem as they could not be remedied overnight because all the issues are major house repairs and we decided to stay because we had plans that could not be changed in that short of period. If these repairs were made this could be potentially a nice rental but as is I would definitely NOT recommend.

Don’t Stay at 2133 Mallory circle Haines City FL 34747

We are not happy - this house is not clean & is deteriorating- even with what appears to be mold in the Master Bathroom. The Orange mixing bowl has a hole in the bottom. Dirty coffee cups! Your ad is outdated and incorrect. The house has lots is issues with water damage. There were only 3/4 washcloths - we had to go buy some! Inside the kitchen window is filth and what appears to be mold. Around the sofas haven’t been cleaned and is just caked with stuff. One found a beer bottle under a bed. One found trash and shampoos, etc under their bed and you are going to charge us $95 cleaning fee - for what? It’s obvious your cleaning service does not do the job correctly!! Dust & what appears to be mold is built up on the AC vent(s) upstairs and we had to breath that stuff. The pool table is useless - slopes downward & only one stick. The pool toys were nasty with rotten mildew - unusable!! Dead & live bugs! tiny little ants in the kitchen. Vertical blinds are tearing up - every time we touch them something happened - falling off. Some were already off & were behind the sofa upon arrival. Colander was coated in grease. We found the toilet seat in the upstairs bath needing replacing. Every time you sat on it, it would twist and make you feel like you were falling. This was a problem with the 5 & 7 year olders because it scared them. Very unsafe!! Then the shower drain upstairs has been very slow...to the point we were left with standing water. So everybody just came downstairs to shower. We have definitely left things cleaner than we found it!! I personally spent the first 24/36 hours cleaning and washing the dishes and pots and pans. Everything we touched in the kitchen was coated in a sticky grease. The patio was dirty, the pool furniture is mildewed & stained & rusty - some are broken and or not usable. There was a small snake in the pool but it is Florida. What really made me mad was the yard men showed up about 9:50 am as we were loading today. They started cutting and edging. They didn’t have the common curtesy to work away from us thus blowing grass debris into our vehicle AND some FLEW INTO OUR GRANDDAUGHTER’s EYES (7 Years old). I was ready to fight but my family wouldn’t let me!! That was wrong!! Even the ash trays in the kitchen drawer are dirty! We rented a pet free home only to read that another chose that house because they could bring pets!!! That’s a health violation! We called Veronica BUT no action was taken.

Very nice very relaxing

The place was very nice well equipped except for toliet paper(1 for each bath ran out all 3 baths) and paper towels(none) luckily I read reviews and brought extras. Pool golf course setting excellent. Bikes unusable because they are locked up. Pool table unuseable. TV unusable in living room. But that's ok we did not need the tv anyway. We had great family time at property. Excellent for family getaways.
