This 4 bed holiday house is located in the center of Puerto de Mazarron, very close to beach, within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and all amenities.
This is an excellent location for young families with children due to the proximity of the beach and all amenities.
The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 persons, two with double bed and the others with twin beds, offering flexible accommodation, all with closets. The spacious living and separate dining area is comfortably furnished, with TV and DVD and a dining area seating 8 people.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and all small electrical appliances: kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A separate covered utility terrace is home to the washing machine and drying area. there is also a bathroom with shower and bath.
There is also a little balcony at the front of the house and a terrace at the back, which has a patio set for dining outside.
There is also a roof terrace which will make you believe you are in a paradise and has everything for a wonderful holiday.
There is an aircon system that offers both hot and cold air, meaning that you can enjoy your break in the Spanish sunshine, whatever the weather.
However the safe and flat sandy beaches of Puerto de Mazarron are just a 5 minute walk away. Other beaches in the area are also accessible on foot within 15 minutes, and there are a wide range of amenities nearby.
The central location of this house means that car hire is not essential, although recommended for those that might want to explore the Murcia region in more depth. However the house is 5 minutes walk from the town of Puerto de Mazzaron, with shops, bars, restaurants, marina, many clean Blue Flag beaches and cultural sites nearby. On Sundays the large market takes place opposite the apartments, and there are hundreds of stalls selling everything under the Spanish sun!From fruit & veg to hot cooked chickens, trinkets, clothes, make up and more. The house has an allocated parking space, so there are no parking problems for residents.
Puerto de Mazarron offers an ideal base from which to explore the region, and the larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena, with retail parks, cinemas and bowling are both within 45 minutes drive. The lovely Sierra Espuna, a natural park with stunning scenery, is around 30 minutes away, and here you will find quad biking, kayaking, mountain biking, walking and many other activities.
Pets are allowed only with owners prior permission, and smoking is permitted outside on the terraces only.
Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. A copy of the passport, ID card or DNI for each guest over 14 years old must be given to us at or before check-in, as we have to keep this information for each guest.
