Enjoy the comfort of this spacious and homely apartment with stunning sea views from its balcony.
The beach is just 450m away and great for adults and children alike.
Apt Croeso is a duplex apartment with plenty of space for all the family or friends. It comprises 3 bedrooms: the master double bedroom with AC. A second living room with a comfortable double sofabed. And a twin bedroom in a gallery over the second bedroom. The twin room has AC which cools the second living room also.
When you enter the apartment on the main level is the master double bedroom, shower room and additional WC.
Few stairs down is a large open plan living/dining room with full kitchen and sea view balcony.
Up a flight of stairs from the main level is a second living room with a comfortable double sofabed. Up another short flight of stairs is a twin bedroom in a gallery over the second living room.
The air conditioning units are in the main living room, the master double bedroom and in the twin bedroom. The AC from the twin bedroom cools the second living room also. There are 3 AC units in total.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Getting from the parking to the apartment is by stairs (in total there are 66 stairs)
The apartment block has a communal BBQ for guest use. But be sure to clean the grill after use.
The apartment has its own private parking space
