The house (approx. 150 m² living space) includes the "Schnarcherhütte" (Snore Hut) with a veranda and sunbathing lawn in the upper part of the 2000 m² property, which can be reached via 17 steps. As for the interior, pictures speak louder than words... Enjoy the unique tranquility, the forest air, the rushing of the Tiefenbach stream, and the unique aura of this house. From the terrace, watch deer, stags, and wild boars grazing on the hillside meadow. Those who spend their vacation here from September to mid-October can experience the rutting season with three dominant stags "live"...
