Welcome to our comfortable studio apartment located in the beautiful Marina Cape complex, right by the Black Sea. This space is perfect for couples, families with children, or a group of friends looking for relaxation in a peaceful and scenic area with full amenities on-site.
The studio features two fold-out sofas (140x190 cm each), offering comfortable sleeping space for up to 4 people.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, stove, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishes – everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine, making this studio an excellent choice for longer stays.
One of the highlights of this apartment is the spacious balcony with a view of the pool and the surrounding area – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Our guests are looked after 24/7 by a specialized team that speaks five languages. We help with everything from choosing excursions, repairing minor damage, or assisting with medical appointments. We serve more than 11,000 satisfied customers every year.

Marina Cape is a complex for all holiday escapers. There is peace and quiet, and time seems to stop. The hotel is kept in a modern style that will appeal to the most demanding guests. The facility consists of four parts: Marina, Bay, Tower and Lighthouse, which are connected by quiet streets, parks with flowers and fruit trees.
Right next to the complex there is an intimate beach where you can enjoy the breeze and warm sunshine.
Marina Cape is an ideal place for families with children who prefer to spend their free time by the pools with access to restaurants, fitness, spa and sports attractions. The facility is fenced and monitored 24/7. The guests can use the main swimming pool, from which you can admire the spreading view of the sea while bathing, and a separate area for children. The pool is equipped with a water buffet (a bar from which you can order in and outside the pool). Not far from the pool are also two restaurants that serve traditional Bulgarian meals and European cuisine. In addition to the main pool, there is a second, equally large pool with a slide for children. In addition to the pools, the marina also has other attractions for children. The resort has a games room with table tennis, darts, table football, pool with balls and a playground. Children can remain under the care of animators who care about the safety of our children. For teenagers and adults, in addition to swimming pools and attractive bars, there is a fitness club, Squash courts, bike rental, bowling, as well as a SPA & Wellness center with a full range of services.
There is also a grocery store where you can find fresh fruit directly from the Bulgarian garden, there is also 24-hour medical care with the option of visiting your apartment.
The uniqueness of this place is due to the presence of the yacht marina. The local yacht club rents yachts, organizes trips for fishing, and for enthusiasts of strong sensations it offers motor boats and scooters.
