Pernera is an amazing area - beaches, bars, restaurants and shops as well as a beautiful walkway along the sea joining it to Protaras. There are family beaches close by, Golden coast and Pernera Bay as well as small beaches such as Sirena Bay.

You have access to everything in the villa. We only lock the linen supply cupboard and the cupboard at the back of the villa for cleaning supplies. However you have full wardrobes and access to everything in the villa.

Ennazuse villa is unique in location, being only a short walk in to Pernera / golden coast beach but also being away from the noise of the bars / restaurants. We offer plenty of facilities to make the villa comfortable and a great choice for holidays.

Self catering: If you like to cook we have a well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils (pots pans etc), crockery and cutlery as well as a great selection of mugs and cups.

Entertainment: This villa features a TV downstairs with dvd and a huge dvd collection, cytanet tv channels and a cupboard full of books to choose from. There is also a second television and cytavision box in the master bedroom. For pool entertainment there are plenty of inflatables for you to use and a pump and outside is fully kitted out with plenty of sunbeds, dining table and umbrella, pergola covered seating area, private swimming pool and both a traditional and gas BBQ.

Beach Items: We have a cool box and beach towels for use at the beach.

Sleeping: The bedrooms both have roller blinds and curtains and the beds are made with white linen. We also provide towels for each guest. Each bedroom has airconditioning and ceiling fans, dressing tables, mirrors and stools as well as hair dryers and blankets and extra pillows. For additional guests there is a sofa bed in the living room with ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Items available for hire: If you are traveling with children we have lots of items available for hire, travel or wood cots, stair gates, high chairs and games / toys. Please just ask and we will let you know the costs. For around the pool there are slip mats as well.


Additional Information: The villa has a pressurized water system for the showers and taps. There are 3 air conditioning units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) and there is a safe deposit box. There is a hoover at the villa as well as an iron, ironing board and cleaning materials.

Wifi: There is free wifi internet available for your use and you can connect to the internet with an Ethernet cable as well as wifi.

Safety: All of the appliances are electric in the villa, we have a smoke detector as well as a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a torch which are all at the villa. We also have safe clips on the blind strings in the bedrooms and most accessible patios / windows.

The location: You are within walking distance to everything in Pernera, restaurants and bars / cafes, small shops for souvenirs or food / drink essentials. You can walk to the beaches, there are family friendly beaches like Golden Coast beach with water sports, sunbed hire, lifeguards and changing facilities. We have main supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and the apartment is also on a bus route if you want to explore other areas. Restaurants are family friendly and most have play areas for children.

You can hire a car easily or travel by bus (it runs every 20minutes in summer).


The air conditioning is on timer switches so they will automatically turn off after 2 hours use.
