Conveniently located in the historic district. We were able to walk to attractions and restaurants. So glad we bought parking passes as suggested by the management company.

Lack of accuracy

Upon arrival I noticed a few things that didnt work including the TV as it wasnt set up for neflix or hbo or even local channels - I could not even stream music. I called the propert manager on friday as soon as I saw the isses and they shared someone would contact me saturday. No one did. The fan above the stove did not turn on and there was a hugh crack in one of the bathroom tiles that made it unstable. For check out, there was no laundry detergent to start a load or dish soap for the dishwasher. Over all it was a good location and comfortabl, but there were inacurracies in the listing.

Enjoyable

The location was great and everything we wanted to do, was within walking distance. My only take away was the loud sports cars, motorcycles or pickups revving their engines thru town on the weekend. Very loud and it goes on until 3 am. Super clean room, and was given enough amenities for our stay. Add checkout info in your booklet. We didn’t get the email until we we on the road.

Simple fix to make this 5 stars

The property was cute, convenient, clean, and overall, perfect for our needs. However, the windows were thin and the glass was broken. This made the noise coming from the street below feel like the windows were open, it was so loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it was just people making noise, but each night cars and motorcycles would rev their noise enhanced mufflers/engines with constant backfiring until 4am every night. Some noise dampening drapes or some other kind of acoustic material to block the street noise would have made a huge difference. The open floor plan was also not the best for this kind of issue. We played white noise to help us, but the car noise was unreasonably loud. I'd be shocked if I was the first one to mention it, so the fact that this property didn't provide a solution to dampen the noise, made this a negative experience. There was construction directly below our unit and it wasn't 1/10th the noise as the cars. If your plan is to party all night, every night. This spot is wonderful. However, if you want to go to bed anytime before 4am, you will be stressed and irritated and sleepy.

Great for the Rate…

Location and home itself was great, needs a DEEP clean, shower pressure is iffy at best, and a little noisy, but for us only sleeping there we enjoyed the stay..

Dirty towels in bathroom

We found a dirty towel hung over the tub shower curtain. Cobwebs everywhere. No cable tv just rabbit ears ice maker doesn’t work. Other then that the stay ways good.

Perfect for Couples and Barhoppers

The space was perfect. The location was even better. Walking distance from all of the most popular attractions and shopping locations. I lived in Savannah for about 12 years and am accustomed to the nightlife there. That being said if you aren’t a heavy sleeper or you are offended by loud music/party atmosphere, you may want to stay somewhere closer to Midtown/southside. Because I knew what to expect. This was all fine. However, if you were expecting a peaceful quiet night, you definitely won’t get that on a Thursday through Saturday night. Not a complaint AT ALL. Just a heads up for those who may want “peace and quiet” on a weekend night.

Loftiness

This was a fun experience. My wife and I came to Savannah for our Valentine’s. This was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the loft and Savannah. It is a loft so the noise from the street and the building can be loud at times. But we expected that before we came and enjoyed our experience thoroughly. Also there were some stains on the couch that can be removed with a steam cleaner. The lock on the door and the entrance to the building took a little getting used to but after a time or two we figured it out. Lastly the tub is awesome for baths but not showers.

The pictures do not tell the full story

The condo was rather run down. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived, and despite several efforts to contact the local property manager, they never once called or sent us a message. We had to vacate the property and find another place to stay it was so hot. Other than that, the couch is old and had stains, kitchen faucet leaks, and learned from store below that the unit has been leaking water into their store and is subject of code enforcement violations. Just not a good look for Vacasa to rent such a place.

Please don’t do it

I hated everything about this place. The address was hard to find because it’s different than what they give you. When I arrived at check in-4pm, the bed was not made, there were 2bags of garbage sitting in the kitchen, the sink was dirty, the couch needed to be thrown out, it was all stained up, the floors squeaked horribly, it was horrible. I paid 287.72 for one night, didn’t stay there 10minutes. Had to go through the inconvenience of finding another room, ruining my stay. Requested a refund, they finally responded but only want to refund me $122. I very disappointed

Loud and Interrupted

Very Loud - you can literally hear everything in this building from the people outside to the people inside the building and what they do to what they are saying - on a Saturday we didn't get to sleep until 5am - we're from NYC so we didn't let it bother us. -FIRE INSPECTION - on check out day while i was taking a bath - someone tried opening the door! luckily we had the bolt on and they couldn't get in! so I called VACASA immediately! they didn't know anything and had to call me back - they said they DIDNT inform us that the fire inspector was going to inspect the building that morning but in any case that we had to let him in! I said absolutely not we weren't informed and were leaving in an hour - then another call by a women named TRACY from VACASA saying I had to let the man in and that it was unrealistic to have such high expectations when a fire inspector is at the door. She was rude and disrespectful! TRACY, next time your away with your family and the fire inspector tries to come through the door while your in the shower please call me and Ill apologize to you also. I was confused because if it was so important WHY WERENT WE NOTIFIED! or better yet why was I able to book it on this day! I booked this in advanced and they made sure to get their money! When we finally checked out at 11am not a minute before - a neighbor who lived in the building said they constantly have fire alarm issues - (which i saw in a past review) Also, we called on check in day to fix the bathroom sink and no one came to fix it, so we had to use the sink without the drain attached - Vacas is not a AIRBNB its owned by a large property company and they don't care about their guests - they don't have cable for you either just a ROKU so I hope you have netflix's and hulu Overall cheep place, good location - we stayed for 3 nights and besides the above issues we made the best of it....

Great location, but 3 star comfort

This home was in a great location. You’re in walking distance from a full Savannah experience. The bed is not very comfortable and impacted the quality of our sleep negatively. The tv did not work- hoping this will be updated before the next guest arrives by including this in the review.

Mixed feelings

Was only left 1 washcloth for 2 people for 3 nights lol! There was food left in sink when we arrived and the directions to get into the apartment were terrible. Stains on couch and appliances and vanities as well as tile floor in bathroom were well worn. Pillows for bed definitely need to be replaced. On the plus side, the internet and ac worked, it was a convenient location.

Great location

The location is the best part of this place. Three issues with the property that really got to me were the bathtub with no attachment to hold the showerhead, the toilet stopper was broken requiring we reach into the basin to flush each time, and the icemaker was full with a solid block of ice. These may feel like small things and they did not ruin anything about our visit. But I would not stay there again due to the shower.
