Homecoming on viehättävä guesthouse, joka sijaitsee lähellä länsimaista uima-allasta ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä rannalta.  Sisäänkäynti on pieni patikointi Natchez Street, jossa voit tulla kodikas ja hyvin sisustettu olohuone keittokomero (mini-jääkaappi, ei uuni) ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Myös pieni ruokapöytä kahdelle.   Yläkerrassa toisessa kerroksessa on avoin parvi, jossa on king-vuode ja vierekkäinen kylpyamme (vain suihku) sekä pieni parveke, josta on upeat näkymät kuuluisalle Seaside-aulabaarille. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu käytettävissä.

Perfect little place

We were in town for a wedding in Watercolor, and this cottage in seaside was everything we could have needed and more. Small, but more than enough for just 2 of us who were barely in the house. Location in Seaside is so convenient to all the shops/restaurants, and the Watercolor neighborhood too.

Excellent location!

This is a nice, clean rental, It is small put for a couple it works. Location can't be beat! It sits behind other homes so is difficult to find especially if arriving after dark. We enjoyed our time in Seaside immensely!

Great location, great home!

This property is absolutely perfect! The size and amenities are great for two people and the location cannot be beat. It is a quick walk to the center of seaside and an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach. The property owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will be booking our stay for 2024 shortly!

Great Cottage

This cottage was very clean and a great location. Comfortable bed and wonderful welcome gift. Please keep in mind the only bathroom is up a steep set of semi-spiral stairs. Also, rent your beach chairs through Cabana Man early. Can do online. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for two

This cottage was great for a couple! Everything was so efficiently placed, and had everything needed, for such a small house. Very close to the beach and we only used the family pool cause it was so close by. I’ve stayed at seaside many times with family, but this was my first time as a couple and it was perfect. Only issues were the stove had lots of small ants around it when we got there and throughout the stay, but weren’t much of an issue and the fridge/freezer had trouble staying cool. Overall, it was a really great place!! Would recommend

If I ever live at the beach, this is the house style I would pick. Wi-Fi is a bit sketchy, but that is true for the entire area. Bed was big and comfy, and we loved the window treatments (good privacy options) and the hooks everywhere to conveniently hang anything! Great kitchen set up too.

We’ve vacationed on the Emerald Coast for more than 2-decades and found Seaside as the perfect destination. The private beach, shops, and restaurants of Seaside an awesome experience. Slice of Paradise in Seaside

We walked across the street to the pool, biked to the town square, and walked down the street to the beach path. The cottage is small and there are narrow steps in the cottage and stairs to the beach. We parked our bikes on the patio and sat on the deck overlooking a small park with art structures. I recommend this cottage for a young to middle age healthy couple. Loved the welcome bag and complimentary drinks at The Court as well. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the comfortable bed, strong shower, and efficient kitchen and living quarters. The pegs on the wall were especially useful and appreciated. The 2 lights next to the bed could have been better. They kept coming apart each time we used them. We went everywhere on our bikes so that was a nice bonus as was the beach bag, towels and wine. If we are ever back in Seaside, we'll definitely stay here again.

Bathroom toilet seat was broken and needed to be replaced. Trying to contact management was not easy. Received a notice of n the day we were leaving that items would be fixed the following week. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walked in and has slapped in the face with Pine Sol smell, which we found was used to try to cover the mildew smell. This house has moisture issues that needs to be addressed. Shower curtain had some pink algae and the shower ceiling and some grout was moldy. The couch downstairs had a faint smell of urine. Other than that, the location was great. I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble climbing steps, as this is a tight spiral upstairs. Balcony upstairs was nice but no place to sit. Downstairs benches outside were dirty to sit on.
