Tämä ranta-aiheinen retriitti antaa sinulle ja vieraillesi nauttia kaikesta, mitä tarjolla on Surfside Beachiltä. Hotelli sijaitsee Oceanside Village -yhteisön sisällä ja astu todella rannalle kävijöiden paratiisiin.

Talo tarjoaa kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyä sekä valtavan avoimen pohjapiirroksen isännöintiin ja talon illallisiltoihin. Tarjoamme sekä rantapyyhkeet että kaikki liinavaatteet lomallesi. Master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone, ja sitten on iso toinen kylpyhuone kahdelle muulle makuuhuoneelle. Keittiössä on erittäin suuri baarin oleskelualue, jossa on suuret mukavat baarituolit.
Ulkopuolella voit ottaa mielellään viileitä tuulisia rantayötä peitetyllä oleskelualueella. Meillä on mukava ulkosuihkualue huuhtelemaan hiekka rannan jälkeen. Tarjoamme rannalla välttämättömiä asioita, kuten tuoleja, sateenvarjoja ja leluja. Tarjoamme myös golfkärryn, joka vie sinut ja vieraasi rannalle.
Meillä on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu paikan päällä ja tarjota pesuainetta pestä loman aikana.

Loved this property! We were able to check in earlier than 4pm, which is always great. The golf cart was a great perk and the next door neighbors are super nice. Byron was easy to get in touch with and was really helpful! Thanks for a great experience! Will definitely be back.

Awesome house to spend a week at the beach

This house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. We have stayed in two other houses in Oceanside Village and this is the nicest one we've stayed in. The house was clean upon arrival and was well stocked with supplies including dishes, pots/pans, towels etc. The outdoor seating area was was a great place to hang out in the evenings with plenty of seating for everyone. The golf cart was in great shape and was very useful for getting everyone to the beach in one trip. Byron was helpful and responsive, answering our questions quickly. The only minor criticism we had was that the A/C had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest part of the day but that has been the norm for other houses we have stayed at in July in Oceanside Village and wasn't a major issue. Other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Me, my husband, our two small children, my mom, & our dog stayed at this property for a week long vacation. We had an amazing stay! The property was spacious enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable, there was an abundance of pots and dishes, and there were plenty of towels and linens. The location is very close to the outdoor pools and the splash pad was a hit with the kids. Having the golf cart to drive to the beach was so helpful, too! Byron is very communicative, we would stay again.

Great home to visit!

We had a fantastic stay! My daughter was thrilled with the golf cart. Oceanside village has all the amenities you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This host goes above and beyond with his customer service and his hospitality and responsiveness is A-1.

Location was great

Our family enjoyed our stay even though it rained. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the carport and enjoying the cool breeze after the rain. Byron was very nice to deal with and the house was stocked with many items that other rentals do not provide.

Clean and cozy home away from home

We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed being able to bring our furry family members as well. Everything we needed to feel comfortable was provided. We utilized the grill, beach chairs and golf cart, and really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Perfect beach house for family outing

My family loved this place. The decorations are perfect for Myrtle Beach and the area. The house has everything you need for a stay, especially the kitchen. The golf cart is a big bonus. They outdoor pool is close by and is great for kids and adults. Byron was an amazing host/manager and answered questions quickly. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog for our stay and had more family members come over for the day and dinner. We easily cooked and fed 13 people for a birthday celebration. Every family member loved the personality of the house and the outdoor area was the most popular. We will definitely rent this house again and are looking at others that Byron manages.

Mediocre at best

Overall stay was ok. House is outdated and cluttered in the living areas. House stayed extremely hot every evening. One day the house was 80 degrees when we came back from a full day at the beach and didn’t get down to 70 until around 3am. Front bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house because the vent doesn’t work.

Fall retreat

This was a great property for a 2 week trip with our 2 dogs! Lots of living space, comfortable beds and many little thoughtful touches in the house. It's hard to find good rentals that allow dogs. The community is quiet, well maintained and feels really safe. The pool was within walking distance, but the golf cart made carrying things there and to the beach so much easier! The house is a little crowded with knick knacks and decor, but includes anything you would need for time away from home (paper products, detergent, towels, kitchen utensils, games, beach chairs, dog items, etc). The house is also a little older, and there are some things in need of repair/updates. We also had a mechanical problem with the golf cart. I'm still giving this a 5 star because of the owner. I called Byron about a couple of these things at the start, and he immediately responded by having the golf cart picked up, serviced and returned the same day! He also offered to come down and address a couple little things, which was totally not necessary, but it was great to have him offer! He was great to communicate with, and really seemed to care that everything went well on our trip. We loved Oceanside Village and would definitely return!

Got there and owner wouldn’t let us stay because he said hurricane, however Myrtle Beach experienced no damage. That left us scrambling to find something else last minute. Eventually staying at Oceanside Village and noticed someone staying there!!! Last time

Great place and property manager (Byron)

When we arrived to the beach house it was exactly as the pictures showed. The house was neat and clean. It had everything we needed to cook, things for the kids to play with, and things to clean when needed. It is an easy walk to the pool from this house. Having the golf cart included was also a great feature for us. We would 100% stay in this house again. The home owner, Bryron, was awesome! We had terrible weather during our stay and he reached out to us multiple times to check in and wanted to do something to make it right. I appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness as you don’t get care like that with every house you rent!

Hello all, I am a true Lake Lure and Asheville native. I am also happy to call Asheville NC home for over 30 years, where I was able spend most of my free time in the outdoors. From Asheville I moved away for college and went to UNCC, go FORTY NINERS! After college and some nine to five jobs I finally became my own boss and launched a property management/real estate business. With the business operating since 2015 we have been successful in providing people with lifelong memory vacations and also great places to call home. We purchased this house in Surfside Beach in 2016 and are more than thrilled to share it with friends and new friends to come! Please feel free to ask any questions.

This property is a great visit due to location. The house is located in the private community of Oceanside Village, which has 24 hour security guards. The community provides everything you need to feel as if you are at a 5 star resort such as, tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, activity centers, playgrounds, movie nights, private parking, and restaurants in near proximity. If traveling with kids the comfort and safety for kids to play in the neighborhood is beyond a parents expectation.

With decorating the house we went with beachy and bright colors throughout the house, because we wanted to fully engulf the beach lifestyle. We wanted to create a place that our family loved to visit time after time for our beach destination, and we feel as if we successfully created that with the Cottage at Surfside Beach.

The best thing we love about our house and all of our guests as well love, is how open of a floor plan this house boasts. When accommodating a group of 6 or more people you can easily do that because of the large kitchen area and living room areas within the house.

Outside we love to sit in the morning and enjoy our coffee and listen to the wildlif, the kids playing, and watching the golf carts maneuvering through the streets headed to the beach.

The house is also unique because we are fortunate enought to have a lot of large oak trees on our lot. This provides great shade and keeps the house and grounds cooler throughout the day.
