LUE AD --- MY BASE RATE on 20 hengelle. Ihmiset 21-30 ovat 30 dollaria per henkilö per päivä. ÄLÄ KOSKAAN SAA SÄÄNNÄ 30 henkilöä enemmän tiloissa.


Tämä koti on täydellinen perheellesi ja vieraille. Se on 6000 SF, 6 makuuhuonetta ja 5 kylpyhuonetta. Siinä on 2 isoa keittiötä ja uima-allas. (Allas voidaan lämmittää lisämaksusta 35 dollaria päivässä - Kerro minulle 3 päivää ennen saapumistasi, jos haluat minun käynnistää lämmittimen. Allas on suljettu 15.-15.3.
Tämä talo on puhdas, ja valmis kellari on todellakin enemmän kuin toinen koti perinteiseen kellariin verrattuna. Jokaisessa olohuoneessa on 55 "televisiot, ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on 40" televisiota. Kotona on yhteensä 8 suoraa tv-laatikkoa. Talossa on WIFI koko. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja tarjoamme silitysrauta ja -lauta. Sinun tarvitsee vain tuoda.

Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 täyttä kylpyammeet. (Kylpyhuoneessa on puutarha-amme ja suihku)
Kaikki kodin huonekalut ovat täysin uusia, ja sängyt ovat kaikki valkoisia. Patjat ovat aivan uusia. Heillä on myös suojakuoret. Meillä on vielä 5 muuta ominaisuutta, (emme ole koskaan olleet bed bugs, eivätkä todellakaan halua heitä)

Makuuhuone on king-vuode, toinen makuuhuone on queen-vuode, kolmas makuuhuone pää on valtava, ja se on perustettu king-vuode ja 3 erillistä vuodetta. On suuri 6-paikkainen keittiön pöytä, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniitti työtasot. Pöytä on myös toimistosi tarpeisiin. On kannella, josta on näkymä altaalle. Se on paikkoja 6 ulkona ruokailu. Grillaustarpeisiin tarvitaan kaasu- ja hiiligrilli. Lisätuolit ja pöydät ovat kotona. Meillä on myös 4 kannettavaa erillistä vuodetta, joissa on todelliset patjat, jotka voidaan asettaa mihin tahansa.

Kellarissa on runsaasti ikkunoita ja 3 ovea ulkopuolelle. Se on täydellinen keittiö ruostumattomasta laitteet, 6 paikkainen ruokapöydän, koko olohuone puku, (sohva, loveseat ja lepotuoli). Makuuhuoneessa kellarissa on king-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vyöryä sänkyä, joka vetää nukkumaan vielä kaksi. Makuuhuone # 2 on 2 queen beds, Makuuhuone # 3 on kuningatar ja parivuode. Mestari-kylpy on varustettu kaksinkertaisella suihkulla ja puutarha-ammeella. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. On pesutupa yläkerrassa ja downstarirs. Tarjolla on junapöytä ja sulakepallo pöydälle, jossa on leikkiminen, syöttötuoli ja vauvansänky. On pingispöytä ja hevosenkengän kuoppa.

Kodin hinta on kotimme 600 dollaria jopa 20 henkilöä. Tämä sisältää vieraat, vierailijat ja lapset. Ihmiset 21-30 ovat 30 dollaria per henkilö per päivä. Kotimme on kotipaikka - EI SAA OSAPUOLILLE!



Kotimme on 2 kilometrin päässä Interstate 20. Voit olla Six Flagsissa 20 minuutissa tai Atlantan keskustassa 25 minuutissa. Olemme 30 minuutin päässä Atlantan lentokentältä. Koska länsipuolella Atlanta, sinun ei tarvitse taistella pelätty Atlanta liikenteessä! Arbor Place Mall Douglasville on 5 minuutin päässä. Wal Mart, Regal-elokuvateatterit ja kaikki ruokapaikat ovat lähellä ostoskeskusta.

Spacious accomodations in a great quiet location
A very nice property with something for everyone. The location was great and quiet, perfect for a family gathering. Toys, games, and the pool were great. There was plenty of refrigeration and kitchen items. Parking space was great. The host was nice and communicated throughout the process. Rentals are difficult, so the rules are no different than a hotel. I would give 5 stars overall except there were gnats alive and dead throughout the home. It could use a deep cleaning. Dust webs in the bathrooms, showers smelled like YMCA, very dusty refrigerator tops, and half clean silverware in the drawers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from the host again at this or maybe another property.

Business conference teambuilding getaway
We came as 19 business associates who were travelling into Atlanta for a business conference over four days. This was the perfect space to wake up to in the morning lots of space, especially with the second kitchen to get everybody up, fed and off to their conference. What I love about the house is it’s comfortable even and it doesn’t feel like there’s 19 people in the house. It’s well laid out. You’ve got the pool between conference times to come back and relax and enjoy and unwind. Everyone loved the house. Our host and hostess were amazing they stayed out of our way and let us do our thing but were there if we needed them. Highly recommend this home for a conference or teambuilding getaway. With its peaceful surroundings and double everything kitchen living space laundry room you couldn’t ask for a better retreat space for business group.

Family Reunion.
This home was perfect for our large family of 19 total people. Ten adults and nine children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. The pool was the center attraction. The kids loved it and adults also. There are many play activities for everyone. This place gave us the perfect venue to reunite with the family and be together. The beds are very comfortable. We loved it and will stay again.

Great country home close to area attractions!
We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend

Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great.

This is a great house for large groups. My siblings and their families stayed here. The pool and nearby park are great for all ages. The house is well equipped for kids and adults. Planty of rooms and the main areas are large enough to accommodate our entire party.

Staycation
This home was ideal for our family to visit and be able to stay in one place. We have outgrown our home and our children and grandchildren live a long way from here so we need lots of space for them to visit. My husband has visual problems so he does not enjoy travel any more so finding a local house seemed the answer. The rules and restrictions were over the top! I tried but felt that I could not meet the expectations for the owners. We parked cars at our house and shuttled people over. A couple of folks did drive over to load and unload. We tried to restrict visitors but had a couple. Two of my children smoke and did go outside but I did not check to see if they left the property. I was almost sick before the week from concern. It was difficult for me to relax and enjoy the visit. I may let my children do future plans and hope my husband and I can join them. The owners did have a tree and some Christmas decorations up which we appreciated. The only problem we had during our stay was with a toilet. It was manageable and I new getting a plumber during the holidays would be difficult at best so I did not contact the owners but let them know after we left.

It was an amazing house with a lit of space and pkwnty of games for the little ones. We would really reccomend this house if you need a lot of space. Definetly worth it and we loved our stay. :)

The kitchens are fully stocked however, nothing is organized, and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash everything before we could use it There are great games however, a lot of them are broken we had to get new tips for the pool sticks. We really enjoyed the space the home has a lot of space.

House was Beautiful and clean very spacious the picture does no justice. Good for large groups or family. My family and I enjoyed to the fullest and kids loved the pool and all the games that where included in the house.

Very large for big groups. 30 min outside of Atlanta. Air conditioning worked great. The only add would be put up some towel hooks in bathrooms and add small trash cans to bathrooms that is our only things to add.

It was a lovely house with lots to do at the house and in the area. Very attentive owners. We have a very enjoyable stay.

Supercross weekend
What a wonderful house for a big group with kids! There are plenty of comfortable beds, a fantastic kitchen, and entertainment for the kids. The pool was a big hit! We all played basketball and ping pong. It made our trip to the Supercross race worth the extra distance to the track!

Family Time
This house was great for our group of mature adults!! Traveling from Kentucky & Florida. We all had a bedroom with bath, they were spacious & we liked that they were spaced out so everyone felt they had their own privacy. Plenty of common space to sit around & visit. If it were a warmer time of year would have enjoyed being around the beautiful pool. The grounds around the house were well maintained and a convenient park across street for taking a nice walk. We had to call 911 for one of our family members & the owner immediately checked on us to see if we needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again with our family. I don't remember anyone having a negative comment regarding our stay @ this house.

This house is everything!
The house was clean! We loved the layout of the home… the girls loved the beautiful heated pool, the pool table, and air hockey. We locked ourselves out one night Daniel was quick to respond and accommodated us by coming to unlock the door. He was very pleasant. This home was perfect for our group.

Five stars all the way!!
Our family of 12 (7 adults, 5 grandchildren) from Minnesota rented this VRBO for five days/four nights for a family get together in the fall. The house was perfect. It started and ended with great communication from Daniel (the owner). The house was just as described.....large, six bedrooms, TV's everywhere, swimming pool, ping pong, horseshoes, pool table, basketball (inside and out), Foose ball, air hockey, large checkerboard, Thomas the train set, etc. There is a park across the street with a playground and hiking trails. No reason to leave the property with all the activities offered!! We ate all our meals in (we did take out twice - BBQ from Evans and pizza from Marco Pizza, both in Villa Rica). We did drive to Atlanta and toured the World of Coke (highly recommend this). The only suggestion I have for renters is if you are coming from the airport to the house (about a 35 minute drive), stop in Dougsville (exit just prior to taking the exit to the house) and stop at the Publix for groceries and a liquor store for beverages. You can get beer and wine in Villa Rica, but their city does not allow the sale of hard liquor. Also, drive the speed limits. There are police everywhere - highways and side roads. If you want to grill, you will need to buy charcoal, and there is a coffee pot with filters but no coffee. Have fun!! My family is already asking when we are going to buy some of the games Daniel offered, especially a ping pong table!! Thank you Daniel for opening up your lovely home to us.

We had a great time at Dan house Dan was a great host the pool was great the house is very spacious and accommodate everybody and everything that we need it I appreciate you letting us rent your house and I look forward to renting this property again
