Awesome, Havasu lomamökki on valmis harrastava veneilijä tai RV harrastaja. Tässä huvilassa on liitteenä oleva autotalli. Huvilassa on Smart Home ja se on täysin automatisoitu avuksesi. Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset työtasot ja kaikki tarpeet, jotka tarvitaan nautinnolliseen oleskeluun.

Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on HDTV ja DVD ja olohuoneessa on 42 "Plasma HDTV Direct TV. On yhteisön allas, BBQ alue ja huvimaja.

Snowbirds

Found this property to be just like home. We adapted quickly and Annie helped us with any items we raised. We particularly liked the location of the property. It gave us excellent access to Sarah Park and the bicycle path that runs through Lake Havasu City. It was also very convenient to shopping and general access to most events. We would definitely stay here again.

As Advertised - Perhaps even BETTER!

We have rented many vacation houses in Lake Havasu over the last few years. Not necessarily because we were unhappy with one house or another... we just like a little variety. However, after staying at this location, we will be returning to these Villa's many more times in the future. Well maintained, clean, and the HUGE garage allowed us to store our 21' wakeboarding boat in the garage with the tower up, and our Chevy Tahoe still attached - with the garage door closed. What a great piece of mind knowing our toy was secure. Management was very accommodating and communicated with us well. Thank You Kathy! You made our trip stress free!

Our 2nd time here. We will be back.

A great place to stay!!! Super Clean!! We have a 27' Daytona Eliminator and it fits in the garage with ease. Need I say more!!

Loved it !

The place was great! Everything was clean and private. It was right next to everything you would want to participate in. Our friends were right down the street. We loved and utiliZed garage, pool, kitchen, And patio. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend anybody going to lake havasu to stay also.

I thought the accommodations were excellent. The Villa was very modernized, clean, and functional. The service was readily available and efficient. The location was perfect and close to any option you or your family would like to pursue. I would definitely return to the same Villa for my next vacation getaway!!

Doesn't Get Much Worse

There were so many negative issues during our 3 week stay and it really boils down to very poor management. Upon our arrival there was no one here to let us in and we were unable to reach anyone. Luckily a neighbor was home and decided to try the back door which was unlocked (wow!!). So we got in and unpacked only to find out we had no internet and the TV in the living room did not work....we had neither for the first 2 days. The dryer did not work and was taken away for repair so we were without that for a day. We had no blanket for the bed, no pail or vacuum cleaner and the door mats were disgusting, totally covered with pet hair. The bathroom blind did not work and the dishwasher was not clamped down so it was a bit tricky loading and unloading. The owner made a verbal agreement with us to rectify by way of a small refund on our rent (she even shook my husband's hand!) and then she had the audacity to renege. She is a piece of work and she is not willing to take responsibility for the problems at hand. Rent here is also quite high compared to other spots in the ares considering the pool is not heated nor is there a hot tub. Would NOT recommend this to any one.

Beautiful Villa with all the amenities

A beautiful luxury villa with all the amenities you could imagine and more! The property was well kept, clean and had a pool. The location was great and had several options to choose from. The managers/ owners couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I am going back this coming Thanksgiving!

Clean, friendly, roomy

These units are spacious and very clean. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The rentals are easy to get to, but not on a busy street. Lots of room for parking and for our boat. Thank you for the great experience!

Nice Find

Came across this listing at the last minute and gave it a shot - glad I did. One bedroom unit that accepted my dog! The unit I was in had an enclosed patio area which was perfect for my pet. Had updated counters, tile floors, air conditioner, and all the necessities. Enjoyed our stay so much that I extended it for an additional 3 days. The only disappointment was that it had a "rope" type shower head which takes away from some of the pressure. It was workable but would make it much nicer to have a normal high pressure fitting - an easy fix. Overall enjoyed the stay and will definitely look this place up on my next stay!

Doesn't Get Much Better!

Being longtime renters in Lake Havasu, we have rented several different properties over the years. Most were very clean and seemed to provide our family the space and amenities that made our stays enjoyable. Until this year we usually rented through a well-known rental company in town and knew no better way. This year the well-known rental company had a problem meeting an immediate last-minute rental need which got us looking around. We stumbled upon the rental properties of Adventure Vacation Rentals and the prices seemed too good to be true. Having few or no other options to book an impromptu stay we booked a 1 bedroom villa with a 44' RV garage. What a delight! The place was absolutely perfect!! Great location, very reasonable prices, clean, convenient, pet friendly, and owned by the friendliest and most accommodating landlords in Lake Havasu. If you're looking for a great place to stay you cannot go wrong with any of the Adventure Vacation Rental properties.

An excellent villa to stay in-quiet and private

We stayed here for the entire month of Sept, From beginning to end, it was a pure delight. We made our arrangements with the manager, who could not have been nicer or more accommodating. There are several properties to choose from. We chose the one closest to the pool and it had a great patio area. We used the RV garage for our RV and when we needed repairs done to it in town, we were able to use the garage for two cars. We could have gotten a third one in there. Fabulous to get them out of the hot sun. When we arrived, the temperature was 114, but the villa cooled down in no time. While there we met the owners, who were very helpful in giving us may tips as to dining, etc. It was Heaven to have the washer and dryer in the garage to use, so that it did not heat up the villa itself. There was a huge HDTV in the family room and the bedroom, and a complete stereo system throughout. Lights were on dimmers, which was helpful. We usually do not travel to the same place twice, but we may make an exception in this case. It was wonderful because we were there in Sept., and there were NO CROWDS in town ever and the pool was mostly all our own. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, whether you have an RV or not. The PRICE CANNOT BE BEATEN anywhere in town.Thanks so much for a super experience

Great place

Wife and I love staying here. My boat is 40' and fits with my truck next to it in the garage where you can detail at night . It's like being at home with all the amenities. This is our 2nd stay and will plan more.

Awesome Garage.

Really loved this place. The garage was awesome to have, nothing better than just pulling the boat in the garage and getting out and going into the house. If you wanted to go to dinner no need to worry about the boat just unhook and leave the boat secured. The inside of the house was great as well and the bed was very comfortable. We also used the pool which was nice and clean as well. Nothing bad to say about this place and will be staying here again through out the summer.

Awesome Awesome Awesome

My family had a blast at this villa. The desciption as accurate, the pictures were right on. This villa is beautiful. My husband who is never impressed was blown away. Cameron was wonderful to deal with. The villa was spotless and so was the pool and surrounding areas. We will definately stay here again. Thank you Cameron for making our family vacation the best we ever had, really.

Long Weekend In LHC

We had a great time in the one bedroom villa! We made breakfast each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. The PC with internet access through the flat screen TV was valuable to lookup and research some of the restaurants in LHC. If you enjoy a good beer check out Mudshark and Barley Brothers. Both of the breweries have a good Mon – Fri happy hour. The London Bridge Beach area was CRAZY & VERY crowded for Memorial Day weekend. The next time we come back to LHC, we will stay away from a holiday weekend. With that said, we would definitely stay in one of these villas again!

Amazing Condo

We were absolutely Thrilled at our find for a condo to stay for a weekend in Havasu. Cameron was so helpful and kind getting us situated. The property is impeccable! Loved the decor, loved the high-tech electronics, tvs, stereo, lighting, and the list goes on and on. Wish we could have stayed a week. The condo was fully stocked even with coffee and a shampoo/showergel dispenser. Extremely happy with our find. Hope we can come again soon!

Absolutely AWESOME place....

Absolutely AWESOME place. The villa was exactly as advertised and MORE. We were in LHC for a week just to boat and enjoy some time off -- the 44' garage was fantastic -- we were able to garage our boat each night with truck still hooked up -- no need to waste time in the morning "hooking everything up." The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. It was quiet (even over the weekends) and our villa was steps from the community pool, which was also wonderful! Will definitely stay here for future visits to LHC! Thanks a million for a great vacation rental!
