Uudisrakennus nykyaikaiseen kotiin, joka sijaitsee Suncadia Resort Community: n Prospector-kurssin yhdeksännellä reiällä. Maple Leaf Loopissa sijaitseva hotelli on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Suncadia Lodgeista ja aktiviteeteista, Glade Spring Spa ja Swiftwater Cellars.
Suuret ikkunat ja liukuovet esittelevät kauniin näkymän ja liittävät suuren huoneen ulkotilaan, jossa on kaasu palo kuoppaan, patio ruokailutila, jossa on BBQ ja poreallas. Avoimen pohjaratkaisun sisällä on valoisa gourmet-keittiö, jossa on massiivinen saari keräilyyn ja erillinen ruokapöytä suurille ryhmille.
Tämä on täydellinen pakopaikka useille pareille tai perheille. Moderni muotoilu, jossa on erittäin suuri kaksinkertainen suihkusuihku sadesuihkulla sekä syvä 2 hengen kylpyamme, joka on valmis helpottamaan sinua rentoutumiseen.
Takaisin alakerrassa suuressa huoneessa on kaasu-takka kauko-ohjauksella, 72 "TV kaapelikanavilla, runsaasti istuinalue ja jauhe kylpyhuone. Lisäksi on tärkein oleskelutila, jossa on toinen televisio, jossa on kaapeli, DVD-soitin ja taitettava sohva. Alas sali kohti 2 auton autotalli löydät pesutupa runsaalla säilytystilaa takit, saappaat ja vaihde.

Perfect for our large family

The home was perfectly laid out for our large extended family! This was by far our favorite home we have stayed at in Suncadia. Perfect location and the most amazing views of the golf course!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house with everything you could need!

The house was amazing and has everything you could need. Very clean and plenty of open space for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and game room. We went for a work trip and had age ranges of 1 to 50 years old and the house was great for everyone!

A great family getaway!

Our extended family of 12 spent 3 wonderful days here. The place was phenomenal. Plenty of room, kitchen had everything imaginable, game room entertained our kids and they even went sledding right outside on the golf course. Highly recommended!

Christmas at Konocadia

This home was perfect for our large family at Christmas time. There are 18 of us, including teenagers and five children under age three. The great room concept gave us plenty of room to be together and the five large bedrooms were quiet and private. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils, plenty of pots, pans, cookies sheets, cutting boards, and more. The large fireplace kept it nice and warm inside even though it was cold and snowy outside. The White Christmas topped it all off!

Memorable Family Adventure in a Quiet Setting

After my husband and I were introduced to this beautiful home by dear friends a few years ago we knew that we had to share this with our family. The family loved it!! Koncadia was perfect for family cooking, grilling, sitting by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. The 4 masters and large bunk room comfortably accommodated the 12 of us with bunk beds to spare. We highly recommend this if your family or friends are looking for a beautiful quiet place for your family to unwind and relax.

Snowy getaway!

This house was perfect for our family of 15. The bunk room is SO cool! The kitchen is spacious enough for a bunch of us to be in there cooking together. We were lucky to get a snow storm one afternoon and it felt like we were in a snow globe. We loved that they decorated for Christmas, it made it feel so cozy and festive. Everyone loved going in the hot tub, teens loved the garage game room, and we all loved the huge fireplace. The shower room in the master bedroom is impressive! The house was super clean and beds were all very comfortable. We were all very comfortable and absolutely loved our stay. Next year we will bring more snow clothes for sledding!

Awesome house

We have stayed at Suncadia many times (different houses), but this house probably tops the list of my favorites. We stayed at this house for New Years (4 families, with kids who are between 12 and 16 year old). Kids loved the bunkroom, and each family had privacy of their own bedroom (with bathroom). Awesome, huge house that was just perfect to spend time in.

Extended family retreat

I have stayed at maybe a dozen properties in Suncadia over the last 10 years. This home was the one of the best I have stayed at. Our extended family of 15 people had plenty of room to connect or have quiet time. The bedrooms all had ensuite bathrooms, except the bunkroom..but all the young adult kids wanted to stay in the bunkroom anyway because it is so nicely appointed and arranged. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The home is on the golf course but is surprisingly quite private even out on the patio facing the course. We loved our stay.

Family Summer Vacation

The house is a lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped home. Having four king bedrooms was a real treat and the teens enjoyed the twin bunk room although it took a night or two to figure out where the temperature control for that room resided. Suncadia is a beautiful well-planned resort. We took advantage of Dawson Park's pickle ball and basketball courts and large lawn, Sunday market and axe throwing (!) at Nelson Farm, hike to the river, nearby river rafting and wine tasting at Swiftwater Cellars. Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed the one week stay.

The perfect Christmas

This property was perfect for my family. There was 12 of us. We had 3 small children and 9 adults. There was something for everyone. The layout of the kitchen/living room was open and spacious for all of us to be. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Suncadia is a winter wonderland in December.

Myself and 14 friends stayed at Koncadia and it was wonderful! The house has plenty of space, beds are super comfortable, multiple bathrooms and all the things you need to host/have a dinner party. The kitchen is very well stocked and has anything and everything you need. There’s a game room with a mini fridge for extra storage, hot tub and great patio with a firepit that overlooks the golf course. We asked quite a few questions prior to arrival and Keri was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

60th wedding anniversary

We had the whole family together to celebrate my inlaws 60th wedding anniversary. Ages 2-84. There was plenty of room for all of us, fully stocked kitchen etc that had everything we needed. We used the outside area every night as it was shaded and had plenty of seating for all of us. Keri was great to work with! Would love to come back!

Spacious, nice and top notch

Beautiful and open space--the backyard is literally a gold course. Our group of 13 people stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. But be mindful of the neighborhood. People living around want it to be quiet and peaceful. Our group who were enjoying a get-together after years got a little too excited at times, but tried to behave proper as best we could. This is not a place for loud young people shenanigans.

Amazing property

This place was amazing for four families to stay. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom and there was a bonus bunkbed room where kids loved. We had 8 young kids and everyone could sleep in the bunk bed. There was also a separate play room that they customized from garage and a separate laundry room. Very stylish interiors and we appreicated every corner of the house, especially the open layout was so beautiful. We communicated directly with the owners and they were very prompt and accomodating. We pre-arranged a slightly late checkout which was possible since there were no parties coming right after us. Owners tried really hard to arrange this so we greatly appreciated it. Overall, we would return to this amazing property and would recommend to our close families and friends without any hesitation. Thank you, we all had an amazing time!

We designed the home to be a gathering space for family and friends with a modern twist to the mountain theme. The home is positioned on the 11th hole of the Prospector Golf Course with a view of the fairway and passing golfers in the Summer. The other side of the greens are natural preserve which provides extra privacy in the backyard. In the Winter months this is the perfect area for sledding and access for snow shoeing.
