Tervetuloa kerran vuorovesi ... Uusi Smyrna Beach! Upea merenrantaravintola, perheystävällinen rantakoti NO DRIVE BEACH -Rannalla.
HGTV ampui kotimme tulevaa kautta varten! Tuore maali sisälle ja ulos, Keramiikkalauta liukasuojatut sohvat ja tuolit, kaikki uudet sängyt ja vuodevaatteet, uudet lakanat, uudet keittiötarvikkeet jne. Lapsiystävällinen koti, jossa turvaportit, pinnasänky, pack n play ja syöttötuoli.

Meillä on Floridan paras siivousryhmä. Siisteys ja vieraanvaraisuus ovat ensiarvoisen tärkeitä teoksissamme. Disney-puistot ovat tunnin ajomatkan päässä länteen ja seuraavat silmällä rakettien laukaisuja Cape Canaveralissa. Kerro meille, mitä voimme tehdä lomastasi parhaan loman!

Pääkerros: Valtava graniitti ja ruostumaton keittiö, ruokapöytä sopimaan 8 ja 4 baarituoliin lisää istumatiloja. Keittiöstä, ruokailusta ja perhehuoneista on näkymät kauniille valtamerelle ja valtavalle kannelle. Mukava keramiikkalato-sohva ja tuolit perhehuoneessa pelihuoneen vieressä - mukana upouusi biljardipöytä ja pingispongimuunnossarja. On täysin varustettu kylpyhuone tällä tasolla sekä pyykkikaapissa täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Siellä on myös den, jossa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja TV.

Yläkerrassa: Meillä on 4 suurta makuuhuonetta jopa 8 aikuiselle (3 kuninkaata, 1 kuningatar). Lisäksi siellä on söpöin "merirosvojen nurkka", joka on kiddi-kokoinen pieni kerrossänky pienemmille totsille, joka nukkuu helposti 5 alle 8-vuotiasta lasta. Tällä tasolla on kaksi kylpyhuonetta.

Ensimmäinen kerros: Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta tällä tasolla. "Kerrossänky" - cowboy-leirin teemainen makuuhuone, jossa 3 sarjaa kerrossänkyä. Sillä on oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kaksoset, joissa oma kylpyhuone. Tällä tasolla on "mutatila", jossa on toinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Ulkopuolella: Meillä on suurin kansi No-Drive Bethune Beachillä - täynnä istumapaikkoja - värikkäitä Adirondack-tuoleja, asettelutuoleja, 2 piknikpöytää (lasten ja aikuisten koot) ja keinutuolit nauttiaksesi aamukahvissasi. Meillä on myös boogie-levyt, paljon hiekkaa kaivaavia leluja, 2 seisovaa melontalautaa ja merikajakki.

Rakastamme kaikkea mitä New Smyrna Beach tarjoaa ja olemme varmoja siitäkin! Melalautailu, surffaus, kalastus, vanhentaminen, ostos historiallisella Canal St -kadulla tai rantahotellissa Flagler Ave. Olemme lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä JB: n kalaleiristä, jossa voit nauttia hyviä mereneläviä samalla kun nautit kauniista näkymistä rannikon sisävesiväylään ja turmeltuneeseen manaattiin. Siellä on niin paljon uskomattomia ravintoloita, vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä A1A: sta - So-Napa, Espanjan joki, Norwoodin puutalo, Korkkiruuvi kanavalla.

We rented Once Upon a Tide for the month of February to escape the winter doldrums of Maryland. Our daughter, son in law, and adolescent grandchildren joined us for a week and they loved collecting shells, using the pool table, and reading on the expansive deck. They were even able to witness a rocket launch, which was an added bonus! This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We have never stayed in a property so close to the beach and we so enjoyed drinking our coffee, relaxing, and socializing right at the water’s edge. The home is very well appointed and it is apparent that the owners take pride in anticipating every possible detail to make the renters’ stay very comfortable. Communication was seamless with the hosts and they provided recommendations inside the home for sightseeing, restaurants, and family activities. We certainly hope to return next year to Once Upon a Tide. If you decide to rent this property, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous Beachfront Getaway

When I was looking to book a place for a short stay, something special to accommodate myself, husband, and 2 daughters with their families, I saw Once Upon a Tide online and never looked back! The huge deck caught my eye immediately, and it is even larger 'in person'! There is abundant seating on the deck for large groups, and the colorful Adirondack chairs were my personal faves. The wall of windows facing the beach provides captivating ocean vistas, so even if you're inside, you don't loose out on that wild beauty. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from ages14 to 2. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the teenager, and the younger kids loved the bunkhouse. Bonus...all their toys stayed downstairs, out of sight from the main area. You walk up a flight of stairs to get to the main living area, which consists of a beautifully equipped kitchen, large dining table, comfortable living room and then the pool table with ping pong option it's own separate space. This area was a favorite of the guys in the group! The kids also liked the little TV room off the kitchen and enjoyed all the games and movies this room had to offer. The home is bountifully supplied with paper goods, beach towels, as well as other household linens and all the appliances you could need. The kitchen is well equipped, and you'll even find some basic seasonings and spices in the kitchen pantry. The master bedroom/bath is spectacular and the rest of the rooms are airy and spacious, with the cutest little 'baby bunk' area for the 2 year old. So many rooms, we had to remember which door was ours! Just beware, there are quite a few stairs to navigate in case anyone has knee issues. I did not realize that when booking and my hubby is a bit knee challenged. Once you are in the main level however, there is a bathroom and the little side room, so you wouldn't have to go up and down the two levels of stairs. We all really enjoyed our stay, and all the nooks and crannies we could hang out in. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Phenomenal Family Vacation

If you are looking for a phenomenal family beach house vacation look no further and stay at Once Upon A Tide! The house and property are beautifully maintained. Lots of room for the kids to play. All the beach sand toys you need, not to mention bikes, kayak, paddle boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. The house is fully stocked with bath and beach towels everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Make sure you get up early for the magnificent sunrise views! Thank you Ron and Ingrid for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Host, Amazing property!

We stayed at this house for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. We had 8 adults and 6 children, which that was plenty of room and activities to keep everyone busy. The deck is massive and provides a great place to relax, entertain, and most importantly watch the kids from just a few steps down to the beach. Ron was available and responsive, while ensuring we had everything we needed to make our trip the very best. Definitely recommend and 5/5 stars!!!

Amazing Beachfront Home!

We stayed at Once Upon a Tide for a 4 day getaway for July 4th. This home was perfect for our family of 10 who gathered from different states. Ron and Peri were wonderful hosts, who checked in to see if we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The home has everything you could possibly need. The beautiful sunrise and quiet beach was just what we needed for a relaxing family retreat. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Family Pledge Class Reunion

We had an incredible stay at once upon a tide. The photos listed are great, but the house will blow you away in person! The owner was so quick to reply to any questions. We would definitely recommend staying at this incredible special house! It’s perfect for families with kids. There is the cutest “shark” bunk bed room with toddler size bunk beds and then another awesome kids room with 3 sets of reg size bunks beds for the older kids. All of the adult bedrooms are gorgeous! My only recommendation is to bring bug spray for the no see ums! We loved our stay and it’s such an incredibly special house!

Fantastic Accommodations and Owners

Our family arranged a vacation in Disney about a year ago to allow for our parents and all 3 brothers and their families to get together as Disney was our parents favorite vacation spot. We also decided to rent a house on the beach somewhere and the task was left to me to find one. I found Once Upon a Tide and as soon as I sent the link to everyone for their opinion, they were sold! Upon arriving, we were not disappointed in the least! The check-in process and all communication with the owners was fantastic. They even called the day after we checked in to make sure everything was OK and that we were enjoying ourselves. The home has everything you could ever need, and PLENTY of bedrooms and bathrooms for a larger group. The deck is absolutely amazing...to be able to sit out there and watch the waves crash onto the shore and the family playing in the surf. It was a great way to enjoy a nice dinner with the family out on the deck in the evening after the sun started to set. We had a great time in the short few days we had there and were able to relax after a few blistering hot days spent in Disney. We hope to return again someday and would absolutely return to Once Upon a Tide to stay. Thank you Ron & Ingrid for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This wonderful home was the perfect place for our gathering. Don’t hesitate to book.

Our family had a great time at this awesome beachfront home! The views are great from inside and out. It’s on a quiet part of the beach with no cars. We enjoyed they beach morning, noon and night. The house is well stocked with household items and lots of beach toys too! We Would definitely book again and bring less stuff! Ron and Ingrid are great Hosts and want to make sure you’re comfortable.

Best Family Vacation House

This house is nothing short of amazing! There was a total of 4 family that included 7 kids under the age of 7 that stayed at this house for a beach vacay. The house was beautiful, clean and so well appointed! The rooms were plenty big for all of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The owners have thought of everything and we were so impressed on all the little things they had available to us. The deck is so wonderful, especially the gates to get down to the beach (peace of mind for us parents with littles). We all cant stop raving about how wonderful the house was and plan to come back!

Family Time

My whole family and I had an absolute fabulous time at the beach. The property did not disappoint. It was beautiful and well stocked in the kitchen and had everything you needed for outside... plenty of chairs, fishing poles, a kayak, bicycles, and lots of games to play in the evening. Our favorite part was the beautiful upper and lower decks overlooking the serene, almost, private beach. Lovely morning sunrise and evening sunsets. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Ron and Ingrid. Our family had a very nice Christmas at your lovely home. The sunrises and sunsets from the deck were stunning and I enjoyed watching them every day we were there. If you are thinking about renting this home, do not hesitate one bit... Ron and Ingrid are the absolute best hosts, very accommodating, some of the nicest people you will come in contact with. Their main goal is to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The house is fully stocked with all essentials, all you need to bring is yourself, food (or order take out) and you are good to go. We will definitely book again! Thanks again for everything!

Amazing property for girlfriend getaway!

What a lovely home! We were a group of longtime friends celebrating a getaway weekend without spouses or kids. We felt like we were at a luxury retreat! The house was beautifully decorated and the owners anticipated anything we might need to make the stay perfect. We all had personal space when we needed it in the comfortable and lovely bedrooms but what we really wanted were gathering spaces. We loved the open kitchen design and spent our time either there, on the upper deck, the lower deck, or the beach. We can’t wait to come back to Once Upon A Tide to make new memories. It’s so kid-friendly that we might even bring our families next time!

Perfect beach house!

House is very nice and well equipped for families. The home is clean and well stocked. It was nice having beach chairs & towels at the house to use. Ron was very pleasant and helpful with any of our questions. Perfect location & absolutely beautiful beach front views. We would definitely rent this home again!
