Odotat todennäköisesti paljon hytistä nimeltä Smoky Haven. Onneksi tämä tarjoaa - Kolmikerroksinen, kolmen makuuhuoneen hirsitalo, jossa on pelihuone, kotiteatterihuone, ulkokylpytynnyri. Smoky Havenin ylimmässä kerroksessa on tilava pelihuone. Täysikokoinen biljardipöytä on keskeisessä asemassa, mutta siellä on myös pelihalli ja pubityylinen pöyt��, joka sopii rummy maratoniin. Muita vieraita voi nukkua joko olohuoneessa tai suuressa huoneessa: jokaisella on sohva, joka avautuu vuoteen kahdelle, jolloin mökki voi nukkua jopa kymmenen ihmistä. Beautiful cabin

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue was the house wasn’t ready at our preassigned checkin time.

Perfect Getaway

We booked this cabin for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The cabin was clean and well stocked with cookware/utensils. The only issue we has was getting the WiFi to work with some of our devices but it was a minor issue and overall we had a perfect stay.

Nice place and good location

Very nice cabin. Good location and good views. Lots of bathrooms. Movie room is awesome. Our only complaint would be the hot tub took 1 day to heat up, but we understand they drain it and refill it before you arrive, which is why it was not hot upon arrival…Would stay here again.

Excellent property. Will certainly stay here again.

Wonderful property. The only negative we had was the guests across the road keep us up all night screaming and slamming doors. They appeared drunk. Thankfully they left the next morning and the rest of the stay was great.

Great house but not for little ones

The house was clean and has fun features like an arcade game inside. However, the stairs will frustrate you if you have small children or elderly folks. There’s no bedrooms on the main level. The downstairs bathrooms are frustrating if you have kids who still take baths. The one attached to the queen bedroom won’t warm up. The other downstairs bathroom tub doesn’t work. You can only shower in it. Other than that, it’s exactly as listed, and the shared kiddie pool was great for my baby. Also, bring an oven mitt if you plan to cook. There’s not any. There’s also no salt and pepper provided. Super nice house and resort overall, and a great location. This particular house just wasn’t great for small kids.

Beautiful and clean home. Kitchen supplies where great! A thought would be is to have dish clothes. Only fall back was a mustly odor coming from the hot water closet in the basement. It made it hard to use that particular bathroom. Also it would be nice e if there was an onsite area for children to play. Not enough room around the house .

Clean, new cabin close to attractions

Place is brand new and really clean. Pictures are deceiving and make the cabin appear larger than it is. It is smaller in person but still very functional. Cabin has no scenic views and the landscaping behind the property needs clearing up. It was equipped with everything needed, but it could use champagne and martinini glasses and a shaker. Other then that, everything you might need is provided. Cabin is not secluded, it is a part of a development, so if you are looking for privacy, this is not a place to be. Considering cons and pros I would come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE

All previews reviews listing broken things - NOTHING has been fixed. Hot tub doesn’t heat up, kitchen dishwasher leaks, upstairs sink is clogged, washer is broke, WI-FI NEVER WORKED! Also make sure to bring everything including pot holders and salt and pepper. WORST experience renting a place EVER. We even got locked out of the place at one point and management was unavailable. 10/10 WONT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely terrible service!!! Do not stay here!!!!

We paid an undisclosed amount of $$$ dollars to stay in this cabin for 3 nights. The main attraction for us was the movie theatre and TV’s in all of the kids rooms. We get there and for our whole trip we never had internet or cable. There was no explanation except that they had reached out to the HOA and we would be added to their commission log (money to be returned to us). We traveled with 4 kids. All under the age of 10. They knew this. I communicated to them that we had to rearrange plans because me and my wife planned to work while we were there in the mornings. We had planned for a movie night in the theatre. We had to spend extra money doing other things because none of those plans were possible. Their customer service answered all of our calls but provided no help!!!! At all!!! I had 4 kids that couldn’t use electronics, or iPads, etc. I couldn’t work at all. I was told I would receive some sort of refund after my visit was complete. They offered me $77!!!!!!! This place don’t care anything about your trip or your experience or your family. They’re just taking your money and doesn’t care about the Ammenities you can’t use that they promise in their ad. Do not stay here. Stay somewhere else! This place is a rip off!!!

Nice Cabin.. Some Concerns

The overall cabin is nice. The description states that it sleeps ten. Our stay was 5 nights. Here are some of my concerns during my recent stay at this particular cabin. There are 3 bedrooms. Upstairs Bedroom: No chest of drawers, only 2 night stands with 2 small drawers each. If you are staying for a week or more, there is no storage space to place your clothes. The closet had no hangers to hang your clothes on. There was no indication in the description that you would need to bring hangers. We basically were forced to leave our suitcases on the floor, and rifle through our stuff. The upstirs loft area had a leather sleeper sofa. 2 night stands, with no drawers. The mattress on the pull out was paper thin, and very uncomfortable. Not really accomodating for 2 adults, but maybe only small children. The basement area, has 2 bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms had 2 night stands, but neither of them had any drawers. There also were no hangers in the closets. Again no place to put your clothes. The living area had a pull out leather sleeper sofa, same situation, very thin mattress, not comfortable for 2 adults., and no storage space for suitcases or clothes. There were not enough towels or wash clothes (2 per bathroom). If you were planning on cooking alot, there is only 2 frying/cooking pans. There is a crock pot, and this one had a broken electric skillet. The diswasher did not work. I called the number for assistance, and was told the issue was acknowedged but no maintance person come to fix it. We could not wash our dishes, and again, there was only a very small bottle of dishwashing liquid to do so. Still broke as we left. The living space is small, and the loft/ pool table / game area is medium size. 10 guest is pushing the comfort level, at most 6 people could fit comfortable. The Wifi was spotty. We had Wifi on the first and last day of our visit. The router didnt seem to be in our cabin, as when we walked towards our neighbors cabin, the Wifi spiked to full bars. There is no mountain view from either balcony view. Over all the cabin was clean, but the constant reminder of what we didnt have, and was not about to go purchased was annoying. I most likely will not rent this cabin again, and will do better investigating prior, and would ask more questions. If your only staying a weekend, and dont need storage space for your clothes, and plan on eating out most the time, then this cabin would be great for you.

Great location in Gatlinburg

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is in a great location, super close to downtown Gatlinburg, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean with adequate space for everyone. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom which was lovely. The decorations were cute and themed well with the cabin. The hot tub was clean but small. But it worked well and we took turns using it. And the game room was fun upstairs as well. I do wish the kitchen had a better set of pans to cook with. They were awful to use and burnt all the food. We thought our saving grace would be the grill…but we didn’t have a grill. We had a tiny little charcoal box outside the cabin by the parking area that was like the ones you get at a campsite. It wasn’t covered by a porch and was rendered completely useless when it rained. These cabins aren’t cheap, and I don’t understand why they would have nice fixtures inside with cute decor and then cut the cost when it comes to a grill. If you guys get a gas grill for the cabins that can sit on the back porch, be easily accessible from the kitchen, and covered from bad weather, we would definitely book here again.

This property was conveniently located. The cabin was gorgeous and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the property had nice amenities.

A little disappointing

This property was located very nicely out of the gray and was immaculate. However, the WiFi is horrid. You cannot work or check email or google things to do and the movie theatre tv also runs on WiFi so we couldn’t use it. The router is outside of the house and locked. Also it is advertised to sleep 10 but the two pullout sofas are so old that no one could tolerate the springs. There is very little comfortable seating in the house. There is only one couch in the main living room and it only seats 2-3 and the springs are so broken you can’t sit there for very long. The owners to put some money into updating the furniture and creating a more communal space.

Nice place but some issues

The location is great and the cabin was very nice but there were some issues. First, there is one sofa in the living room that can seat 3 people…that’s it. It needs more seating. Also on each deck, there were only 3 seats. Again, when you have larger numbers people there, there was no place to gather and relax. We had a light housing fall from the ceiling at 1:30am and hit the floor. It was so loud and woke everyone up. On the second to last day, the dishwasher quit working. The house looked well kept but the owners went cheap on appliances. Also the internet barely worked. It was open without a password so I think other cabins were tapping in…8mbps download at one point. Last the theater room WiFi wasn’t working and when it decided to work, you could only get Netflix or YouTube. Overall, house was nice but there is no “over-and-aboves” or bells and whistles.

Needed some fixing.

Everything was nice but 3 of the bathrooms needed fixing. And washer and dryer didn’t work great

Poor Management

First, I must say that the cabin itself is very nice and well kept up. Location is perfect. BUT, I must give a poor review for the managements lack of concern for our request. During our stay the AC broke on the main floor. The floor with the kitchen. It was 83 degrees that day and with the oven on it was sweltering on that floor. They would not send out a tech to fix due to it being the weekend, they verbally admitted this to us. On Monday they still had not come, nor Tuesday. We left Thursday morning. They NEVER came, thankfully a cool front came through and AC was no longer needed. We had an infant with us and it was uncomfortably hot. They did send box fans but to me, for the amount of money spent and travel time to stay at this cabin their lack of concern and blatant disregard was just plain rude and stingy. Secondly, the cabin sleeps 10 but does not allow for those 10 to sit comfortably anywhere. Again why so stingy? Buy more furniture to allow everyone a place to sit. One sofa in a family room, with no additional chairs is just stupid. Many of us had to sit on floor or kitchen table, separating us all. I did not spen $$$ for my family to not all be together. We came from different parts of the states to meet up. So again, we pay all this money for a cabin and they can’t even pay for furniture to accommodate your whole family? Very displeased and was determined to speak the truth. Will be fighting for compensation for the three days we had to stay in the hot box!
