Neljä vuodenaikaa Pohjois-Michiganista löytyy hauskaa tässä hiljattain uusitussa chalet-tyylisessä kodissa. Sijaitsee 4 + hehtaarin päässä, metsässä kauniissa simpukkajoessa. Vain minuutin päässä Cadillacista ja Lake Citystä. Ympäröimä villieläinten yllin kyllin. 1/2 kilometriä luonnonmukaisille viljelijämarkkinoille (kauden aikana). Minuuttia useisiin urheilulajeihin haluamallasi hiljaisella ja yksityisellä yksityisyydellä!

Beautiful Property!

This was a beautiful property! Very clean and spacious for our girl's weekend. Close to hiking and kayaking. Property owner was very responsive and great to work with. Would stay here again in the future.

Peaceful and comfortable!

Relaxing and Peaceful Vacation

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room inside as well as outside the house. The property was well maintained along with the home. The yard was perfect for us as we hung out on Saturday and played yard games the entire day and enjoyed the wonderful fire pit at night. I would definitely stay there again!

great little hideaway

Well kept and manicured. House is super clean and has everything you think you need for your stay, and then more! I had the wrong passcode for the keypad when we arrived and Denise responded to my text immediately with the correct code so we could get in. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely love to come back again!

Fantastic house!

Beautiful and very clean house with all the little things you might ever need. The owner is very thoughtful about providing anything you might need or have forgotten. Great location central to many different areas and experiences. Very peaceful and beautiful. My family had the best time and definitely plan to make this one of our regular vacation destinations!

Perfect home for a family!!!

This home made my family trip so easy and fun. Lot of toys, inside and outside. The swing set with slide was perfect to keep the kids busy outside while you sit and enjoy the fire. Very clean home. Relaxing and peaceful

This property is amazing. The description is spot on. The house is very clean and has everything you’ll need for your stay. It’s very relaxing and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The river is great for wading in and the yard is the perfect size for kids to run around. The property owners’ daughter, Denise, is very responsive and was a big help. I would highly recommend this house to couples for a quiet getaway or a family for a fun time away.

Executive Riverfront Retreat

This place on the Clam River is absolutely wonderful, from it's gorgeous setting in the woods on the river to the beautiful house, inside and out. Everything you need plus more. Denise, is a great host, helpful and very personable. There were 8 of us and not a complaint from anyone. We were very comfortable. I can't say enough about how nice it is. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect young family stay

I was blown away when we walked in the door. This home was beautiful and perfect for our young family. My young kids loved the toys that were available and playing in the Sandy bottomed stream. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The hosts truly put a lot of thought into their property. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful and my kids loved the swing set. The location was close to both Cadillac and lake city. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who has a young family.

Excellent family vacation

Denise was very helpful and answered questions thoroughly and promptly. The house was very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, beds/bedding, seating,etc for our family of 10. The property is so beautiful and private, but is also just down the road from a farmers market, and less than 15 minutes to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The Clam River (more of a creek/stream) at the end of the property was perfect for wading or just relaxing by the water. The outdoor play set, gazebo, and toys kept the younger kids happy and busy. The older ones were able to play kickball and badminton in the expansive yard. Frankfort and Pointe Betsie are only an hour away, and are beautiful Lake Michigan beach areas. We enjoyed the walking trails in Cadillac, as well as Kenwood Park and beach on Lake Cadillac. This was an amazing vacation!!

Recently retired from the Christmas Tree Industry, and owners of a Conifer Nursery, they now have time for their 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Diane and Phil's daughter and son in law manage the property. Denise and Tom will meet you and see to your needs.
